I did not expect much for this moderate price as for Kiyv, so I am not disappointed. The room was clean, the bed was quite comfortable, the TV set worked etc. Maybe the room is small,but I was on myself and did not need a larger apartment.

Price is moderate. It is good place who wants/needs to have somewhere to stay overnight.

The warm water can run out so you need to shower early in the morning or late in the evening. The lift was not working late in the evening.

It was safe (compared to our apartment), warm, comfortable bed, big fridge in one of our rooms. Good location near the exhibition. Big room with a separate kitchenette (fridge, table, small kind of sofa).

The bed was not comfortable and the Tv. picture was blurred. The internet got a hit and miss. I complained twice and the handy man tried but nothing has changed.

I really like the cleaning staff who has made the hotel very clean and tidy. Actually Alexandra is the only receptionist who speaks fluent English, friendly and very helpful. The restaurant in the hotel offer very delicious food at a cheap price. Svetlana who works in the restaurant is very helpful, nice and friendly. Also I like following the regulations about safety and health hyigene regarding Covid19.

Except for Alexandra, the staff don't speak English, few are blunt with expressionless faces. The picture of old TV. Is blurred and fuzzy, the bed was squeaking and made noise once you move. For 2 times handy man came to fix but no vain.

I really like Alexandra, a receptionist who is the only one of the staff I met who speaks English fluently, charismatic, confident and with a smile on her face, I pray that the administration could offer her full time work as receptionist. I really like the cleaning in the hotel , these cleaning ladies work very hard to get this hotel very clean and tidy.

The shower is tiny for tall person like me. In the toilet room holder for the toilet paper was sticking into my right leg, creating pain and discomfort. No kitchen, no table for cooking, no kettle, no hot water for tea or coffee! In the room one the electrical sockets was very high, around 220cm which is absurdity for low stature people! And the most annoying thing is that there is no air conditioner nor fan! This crazy at hot summer. I was sweating all the time!

Overall my apartments are okay for the price, the room is clean. There is a floor cleaning everyday, replaced towels every 2-3 days, bed and pillow cover was replaced every 3rd day.

In Kyiv I was a short term. So , from my point of everything is good. Only one think , in the buffet is not much choices for dinner.

I was traveling to Ukraine , previously make a reservation in Golosiyvskiy. Hotel of-course you can not compare to Vegas , but price is must be the best in city of Kyiv. I don't think the price is worth it. 560 UAH for quite small, single, narrow bedroom very far away from city center and from the metro, and had also a bathroom shared with another room.

Bad sound insolation, we could hear everything happening in the hallway. There were no lunch and dinner available on the premises even though it was stated otherwise on the hotel page. The price is too high considering the remote location and that the bathroom was shared. WiFi wasn't available in our room.
