Bed wasn't the most comfortable. Gym wasn't open but could use the one at the hotel around the corner.

Hotel was nice and clean. Reception staff where very helpful. Room was clean and modern with good wifi, shower was amazing! In a nice area with a big shopping centre and a good choice of restaurants around. Also about a 25 min walk away from Kiev Zoo.

Shower was clogged. Location is not very close to metro or city center. No restaurant for lunch and dinner and nearby shopping mall is just useless. It's kinda expensive for what it offers.

Good and modern facilities. Staff is ok. We had a superior room which was okay. Good wifi and comfortable bed.

when the electricity switching from general to generator in my room all of the light were on immediately, it was each night 2 times. as a result I were unable to sleep and it makes me nervous. what I didn’t like is that receptionist didn’t warn me about it, in that case I would prefer another hotel.

Room without window: although the room is correctly heated in winter, ventilation is insufficient. The breakfast is made "a la carte" and it'was long waiting to get the meal, so I neeed to add about 10 minutes at least to breakfast time.

It`s the worst check-in ever. I made booking in this hotel for my friends. They arrived at 23.33. Unexpectedly they found that 23.30-0.20 is non service time. So, they waited 47 minutes in the lobby for check-in after long journey :( The second problem was with payment. I made non-refundable booking with my debit card. But girl at reception said that the hotel cannot charge my debit card via internet. So, I had to come to this hotel and made payment via terminal direct in the hotel. I spent a lot of time. I have made many bookings for other persons in different hotels, but I have met with this stupid service first time. I am very disappointed with this hotel.

It was third time when I stayed there, but first time they put me in this bathroom type room. It was late (dark) when I came in, so it took a while to find where to switch the lights, because it is in the middle of the room, just where sink is... There was also bed, and behind glass - shower and toilet bowl... On second day they left me without towels. Breakfast on the first morning was cold as previous time when I stayed there. Cold, not tasty breakfast for 8 EUR, definately not worth it. However on the second morning, they offered menu from which it was possible to order, and it was at least hot... Not the best breakfast in Kyiv however.

The first night, they arranged us a terrible room which was cold and has a tiny bed. Happily, the next our room has been changed to a better room. The reception stuff cannot speak and understand English well, it caused a little problem. They take deposit for using the minibar. The hotel's location is a little problem when you want to go to city center, because you need to walk 15 minutes to reach the metro station.

The hotel has a nice building and clean rooms. Hopefully, there were minibar, safe in the room. The staff was fair and helpful, but lack of English. The bathroom was good and there is a big TV in the room.

* A day before checkout, key-card stops working, as I discussed with other people staying - it happens frequently * Shower simply missing door and water goes all over the place * No vacuuming during 1 week stay * No new bedsheets during 1 week stay * Any a bit remote and less obvious place is full of dust * Cleaning stuff is throwing out personal bath necessities for no reason (sticks for cleaning ears, sponge for cleaning face, cream-stick) * Basic stuff like bath-shoes, do not disturb sign were missing, were not put after cleaning and only appeared after direct request.

"Smart" room at the most suited for a single person for several reasons: * It is cold autumn (2-12 degree), and ventilation simply does not give enough air * Windows are blocked from opening, no fresh air for you :) * You might stop loving being together if all toilet heard by friend / partner * Cleaning happens only once in 3 days that is not announced until you arrive * Some small holes around the window specifically in my room gave additional air, but as well cold and noise from the street * Breakfast does not worth the price, you could eat better for 8-10 euro in Kyiv * Terrible parking for cars and taxis in front of the Hotel.

Tried to contact before arrival via booking app to figure out location/parking details, nobody replied. Tried calling three different numbers on the spot when arrived, nobody picked up the phone. Shower did not have a door. Bed pillows are way too high/fat

The location is good, very close to the train station. The personnel is polite and ready to help. The room was very clean and quiet.

The breakfast was UAH 250, and the quality didn't justify the price. The bedroom doors slam very noisily, and anyone in the corridor talking or slamming their door is very audible. Opening the window e.g. at night wouldn't be possible, as there was some sort of noisy generator or air conditioning unit from the buildings nearby

Room was not properly clean. Used soap was in my bathroom and shower top was leaking. Breakfast is really poor quality and looks like it was prepared by students of nearby universities. I booked double room through the site however was issued smart room.
