It's not possible to get a pair of wine glasses in the very evening after restaurant is closed, so take a note. In our room mini-fridge wasn't turned on and the phone didn't work, but we've been able to fix both of these small problems it by ourselves.

Friendly lady at the check-in, we've got the bigger room with balcony for our stay. Great location with fascinating views, there are cute pets in the hotel - canary and snake, a lot of paintings and nice decor. It's close to the main central sightseeings.

The waitress was tired or so, she was like not in the mood. But other stuff was awesome people.

Very comfortable administrators, delicious breakfast, a couple minutes from center, rooms and other area were clean and quiet.

The massage they organise for me wasn’t very strong. I wish if they can organise massage to your room that they can organise a Thai massage for you or make a booking of somewhere you can have ones it can be quite difficult to call and do so if you are only English speaking. Mind you, if I pressed they probably would have helped me. With transport back to Lviv their advice wasn’t very accurate and I ended up staying an extra nights. A guest who could speak English gave me advice. The desk told me s taxi was cheaper than s train and then the taxi didn’t turn up. Mind you they did find a taxi at a fairly reasonable price if you are stuck with booked trains. :)

It was beautiful, luxurious and comfortable. Friendly staff. Shelter was in the spa area so was super comfortable snd you could sleep easily and comfortably. I stayed during the cathedral attack so I did use shelter. And it was nice it was so comfortable. Breakfast is delicious. There’s nothing to dislike. I love everything about it.

Room was nice and well equipped. Breakfast was good. Shelter was very good equipped. We didn't need it during our stay but it looked amazing. It was the former wellness area. So quite comfortable.

That I Had to leave

The staff 10+ Owners wife and owner come to hotel daily. They make sure that all guests are happy . Victoria, Yulia,Sergei, Dasha … Ate the best service providers I ever met . Including all others . But , I’m terrible with names and I can’t remember all their names . I have been to Ukraine 31 times in ten years . Approximately 655 days . I’ve stayed at the California 74 days . All hotels I e stayed at were rated 5 stars . The California is the only one that deserves that 5 star rating . Everything is a reflection of leadership . So , The owner ( strong businessman) his wife ( OMG:) are amazing operators. Because, the staff is 10++++ .So, they ate amazing teacher trainers . All know English. If your coming from the states . I would advise you that this hotel be your only choice . This is a 300$ hotel per night in the states . . Any one coming in this also should also be your only choice .

A wonderful place to stay! We all were very pleased to stay there. Very nice staff, excellent location. The softiest pilows I have ever seen and sensed! I strongly reccomend this place.
