We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United StatesIt is claimed to be European style hotel - I jumped in the shower , there was no shampoo , was told by administrator , our room is not supposed to have shampoo (!?) ....but she said the store is just 10 mins away from the hotel. Asked the Director about this as well who was just there , she asked to talk to administrator about this. Does not seem very European style, but other than that everything was good.

United StatesThe lamps beside the beds did not work. The carpet in the room was old and stained making it look dirty. After I woke in the morning I saw a couple of insects crawling on the bed. I have stayed at this hotel before and had a much better experience.
The staff was friendly and it was great to have a complimentary shuttle take me to the airport. Despite what I did not like, I will probably choose this hotel again

United StatesTwo buildings, one is a budget another is deluxe. You get what you pay for. Budget was fine for the money, but it is economy, so do not expect much. Choose standard or deluxe if you want better comfort and European style rooms.

Nice large swimming pool for extra charge. Excellent food and small bar. Onsite BBQ. Pleasant staff. Rustic setting, like being at a peaceful campground. Convenient shuttle to KBP airport.

UkraineIt was extremely cold in my room, only +12 degrees which is unacceptable especially for the winter time. The air conditioner didn’t function and as I was explained at the reception, they had turned it off for winter. The central heating was switched off too. A private heater in my room wasn’t adjustable at all. When I complained about this all to the reception, I got an answer that the heater was indeed regulated only by their technicians. So, I’m very disappointed. Booked a room for one night to warm up and sleep normally before flight, and finally caught cold and didn’t manage to fall asleep at all.

South AfricaThe place is okay for a very short stay. I was there for approximately 8 hours to wait and sleep before my flight so fortunately, I didn't get to stay long. There seemed to be an issue with the drain as my bathroom smelled horrible (fortunately I didn't have to use the shower as I had already showered elsewhere) and the aircon and heater could not be adjusted upwards. The bathroom door was closed when we entered and as soon as I went in there, I understood why - it was really not pleasant. There was also no kettle or a simple refreshment area (tea, coffee, and the likes), so I had to wait until my flight at night to get a bottle of water.
Airport Shuttle was great and very convenient. I would definitely recommend - we arrived at the airport without any hassels and they were able to accommodate my time frame very well. Loved it
