Hotel exceeded my expectations. Recently built, modern facilities, including room, are in very good and clean condition and kept that way, given the amount of daily cleaning taking place. Room was very clean and comfortable, with good heating / cooling possibilities (aircon, two doors that openend to a balcony). Bed was comfortable, bathroom in like new condition, plenty of warm water. (a big advantage in these - for Ukraine and its infrastructure - difficult times). Staff (reception and restaurant) was friendly and spoke English. All in all the hotel exceeded my expectations, which were based on previous stays in other hotels in Uman, and certainly offered an excellent price / quality ratio.

In the last six months, I stayed here twice. The location is right in the heart of the town just across a good supermarket, farmacy, etc. Spacious modern room, great bed/mattress, spotless large bathroom.... Good restaurant Parking space

CONGRATULATIONS TO THE OWNERS! They did a great job. Great room size. Excelent room design. Very good mattress quality. Clean! Very nice, spacious bathroom. Great location. The restaurant on the 4th floor is also nicely designed. The food was excellent, and the service was the same. Staying at this hotel was the best hotel experience we had in Ukraine.

The restaurant was okay just special wishes is a problem. For example you dont like pork but it is still inside. Dont order what you dont want to eat just what you can eat.

Everything was good just you are hearing the neighbors, so I recommend some earplugs.

The city of Uman isn't that big. It is possible to stay at this hotel, which is located in the center of the city :) In contrast to the surrounding buildings, it stands out very much. The hotel is near a shopping center and a large parking lot. I was impressed with all the details inside the building and the room. A very nice restaurant where you can order a quite tasty breakfast.

No decent breakfast is always minus for any HOTEL. Just breakfast opinion to take something to your room with extra price and the price was way too expensive.

The hotel didn't have credit cards' terminal, so you need either cash or smartphone with banking application to pay for your stay. The restaurant accepts credit cards, but (very strange) you need to go to the ground floor to pay at the hotel reception for the restaurant's bill. Also, the minibar (fridge) in the room was functioning not very good, ie it didn't produce enough cold, the water I placed inside remained warm all the time. Strange, but minibar was empty too..)

Nice new hotel in the center of Uman. Modern design, spacious rooms, restaurant with terrace on the 4th floor. Rooms are large, clean and comfortable, with large balcony. All necessary items for personal use are included. Free parking next to the hotel. Large Silpo supermarket is opposite the hotel, as well as some restaurants and cafe nearby. 15 minutes walk to the Sofyivka park.

We ordered the breakfast and it was good. Rooms were exceptionally clean. Location is amazing for someone who appreciates nature as sofiyivka park is 15 minutes walk from the hotel.
