I don’t have complaints Only in two flats was big bathrooms and boiler runned out of hot water fast. I couldn’t make long stay in bathroom. It was at Rustaveli street and Panoramic at maidan. But for shower it’s perfect. My best long bathroom was perevulok Myhalovskiy 9b.

Location is super House builds is super Keep Clean and nice flats. Myhalovskaya street was very big nice flat , very homely. Shower with massage roll,Mylojytomyska street.Nyhakoskiy pereulok have good perfect place and bathroom where I could have stay long in bath. But generally , all flats was very homely and cared. I was very happy and felt very homely. They got everything what u need. Just was very pleasant from hostility .

The water takes a long time to heat up. I started a cold shower because I thought there was no hot water. You need to wait at least 2 minutes on full blast. The bathroom is a bit old. Being on a super busy street it’s obviously not the quietest place but that is to be expected.

It‘s really big, right at Maidan and has a bedroom towards the courtyard, which is quieter. There is a nice little balcony to enjoy some time looking at the bustling street below. Nice and responsive staff. I was able to drop off my bag in advance which was highly appreciated.

Kitchen and bathroom are functional but a little tired.

I stayed at this property for over two months during some of the most difficult periods of the 2022-23 winter bombing. During this time, electricity, water and internet remained reliable, and the hosts were on hand to solve and little problems. The location is spectacular, right next to Maidan square. The flat is ideal for a single person or a couple.

It would good to have more toilet rolls and a roll of kitchen towels. Also, it would be a good idea if a bottle of water is provided on arrival.

Excellent location! Central, next to the tube station. Clean and comfortable. Excellent communication with the hosts. Everything is there that you need for a comfortable stay including mid and long term.
