Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

UkraineA little bit old room and especially floor (maybe because I’ve stayed with my dog so it was like a special room in case doggy could spoil smth).
Perfect location and careful personnel — they even brought me a cake and glass of Prosecco because it was my b-day. But I didn’t tell them about the date. Also it’s a pet-friendly hotel so I stayed with my dog.

UkraineAll night neighbor from the top was walking very hard in a room and we couldn’t sleep at all. Reception was helpful What kind of floor is it , that it’s so noisy if someone waking from top. Why it’s so weak …unbelievable. 5 star hotel , but audibility so high.

Ukraine1. There’s no kettle to have tea or coffee in the room, which is kinda basics these days. The only option to have a tea/coffee is the room service, which is not convenient. 2. Audibility is very high. You can clearly hear not only your neighbours but also music from the rooftop restaurant. As a consequence, we’ve got woken up early in the morning (~7 am) by the staff cleaning up other rooms.
1. Very polite and friendly staff that’s always eager to help. 2. Nicely decorated overall, though some renovation of rooms wouldn’t hurt. 3. Descent breakfast options, it also possible to order something from kitchen individually.
