Maybe too much aroma in the room after the day (probably it comes through the air conditioning), but it's actually not a big issue. Just give it few minutes and you get used to it.

The stuff is amazingly friendly. The rooms are clean and fresh, with the new enough facilities and it's pretty comfortable for the work trips and for regular vacations. The price was just brilliant. The price/quality rate here is just perfect. Thank you!

The water in the shower was at times not warm enough.

Real high quality paintings in the room, art gallery on the staircase, quiet yet central location. Pleasant room design. When there was a small problem with the sink, it was fixed quickly. Warm thanks to the nice people working there who made me feel welcome and at home, especially Vika and Liana.

The embedded Chromecast in the device they use in the TV didn’t really work, but that was a minor inconvenience.

The room was exactly like it appeared on pictures, it had all the necessary things, including the most complete bathroom kit that I have ever seen (it even had a toothbrush and toothpaste and sewing kit!) They cleaned the room every day and asked if we had a preferred time. Also, the location was excellent, center of the city but on a quiet side street.

They screwed up the mini bar charges and insisted I drank alcohol when I had zero 🤨 Shame. They should check mini bar daily.

The hotel is an art museum very beautiful the garden very nice the rooms are great. The location perfect away from nosy streets, I like to thank Admınıstrators Nastya and Iryna They are very kind and helpful, sure I will return 👍

a modern and new building. location is good. you can walk to Pushkinska and sumska by walk and find good restaurants and bars. staff is always ready to help, they are professional and know how to behave to customer. minibar was rich. cleaning is everyday. water, shampoo, body lotion is changed daily. thanks for Hospitality.

I haven't ordered any breakfast because the hotel's location gives you plenty of options around for a delicious breakfast and the prices for room service were way too high. I was concerned about the noise levels because you do hear your neighbors in the hall but this was a tiny minor inconvenience and I had a perfect good night's sleep.

excellent hotel with the perfect location. I was able to drop the bag before checking in and this was very convenient cuz I had a busy day ahead. The room was spacious and clean, it felt new and modern though with the flavor of classic interior design. Personal is asking if you need cleaning this day which I think is a nice option to have in case you don't need it. Overall I had a very positive experience. The terrace on the 7th floor had a nice view over the city and a little lounge zone. The neighborhood was surprisingly very quiet despite its central location.

All was ok, really.

I really liked the artsy image of the hotel. The room was impeccably clean and very spacious. The sheets had a most amazing scent!!! The location is very quiet, away from the street. The breakfast is a la carte - you need to order it eithe the previous day, or 15 mins before you get down to the restaurant. The staff is very helpful! There were good restarants nearby.

Sound protection is very poor, door is cheap and not for 4* hotels. Room is small and floor is cold and cheap too. Breakfast is poor and have to pay for each what you want.

Interesting concept, a lot of art. All what you need you can find in room: water, sleepers, hygiene goods, tea and est. Friendly staff. The bed is comfortable.

The breakfast was very limited. Only three choices, while one was not available. They didnt understand that the breakfast was included so there was a check presented. I had to show the booking in my app and finally it was ok.

The room was very spacious, with a living room/kitchen, large bathroom with shower and bath, bedroom and extra room. Very quiet and somewhat secluded from the streets.
