Not criticisms, but suggestions given I have stayed three times and will stay again. There are no power points next to the bed on either side. You have nice big beds and great bedside tables but no power points. The only plug is a single one located behind the bed head on each side, which the table lamps are plugged into. So you have to unplug a table lamp or both to use to plug in devices. Mot people relax in bed with a tablet, have their phone on charge next to them or use their laptop in bed, so to have no power sockets for a 'boutique' hotel is simply not good. Just go to Epicentr and at least by a multi socket power board with 4 plugs and you could plug one in either side of the bed and problem solved. Just suggestions. :)

Third time staying here and I will stay again. Location is nice and quiet and green and all rooms located on ground floor which I like. Place is nice and clean and the the rooms are a good size and well fitted with comfortable beds. Wifi worked well and there is a convenience store nearby. Staff member was friendly and helpful. There are only 10 rooms in this place on one floor so its great for a quiet relax and the location is the best feature. Will stay again.

To get clients back as repeat business you need to give a little. Coffee satchels and even the UHT milk satchels attracted a mini bar charge. Tea, coffee and milk should be free especially in a place that labels itself 'boutique'. Asked staff member if there was a bomb shelter in the building or hotel and she said she didn't know, but that all would be okay. Pretty big gamble telling a guest all will be okay!

First time staying here, decided to try it out and pleasantly surprised. Stayed twice over a couple of days. Rooms are all ground floor so great for access and place is located in a nice quiet street, with plenty of trees around. Rooms are great size, very clean and comfortable, nice fit out. Had a great sleep on a comfortable bed. It was value for money and would stay again.

I just wish there was more drinking water provided from the mini bar as 500mL didn't last long after a long train journey from Poland

I stayed here a couple nights during Russia's invasion and was shocked at how well run it was despite frequent air raid alerts etc. They let me in way after curfew when my train arrived very late. They answer instantly through any apps or by phone. The bathroom was lovely.

- Lot of channels were paid and not accessible. - Bed was comfortable but top sheet was short for a double bed; bottom sheet was also short. - Faucet of one of the bathrooms was loose.

- Staff friendly and helpful; they kept our baggage before check-in and after check-out to allow us to maximize our time. - Room is huge with a big bed, desk, individual sofas and a table. - Huge TV with a lot of satellite channels - mostly Ukrainian and Russian. - Toilet and shower were on separate rooms. Shower was quite big with nice water flow but some temperature fluctuations. - All the basic bathroom appliances were available. - Bed was comfortable but top sheet was short for a double bed; bottom sheet was also short. - Internet WIFI was available but we didn't use it. - Breakfast was delivered inside the room based on pre-order typically done on the day before.

The hotel staff is very polite and hospitable. I enjoyed the breakfast options and design of the room. Definitely recommend the accommodation. Also I was glad to find out that free parking spot was available. Also they have surveillance cameras to monitor the parking area.

I would suggest to put in the bathroom some more hand soup bars as we were two guests but the soup bar was only one piece. Shampoo and gels should be for two guests as well. It’s a minor suggestion which can be improved easily. Thank you.

The carpet was a bit dirty, I've noticed that when my white socks became also dirty by the end of the day.

The hotel is really great and I was even surprised with the comfortable rooms. The internet connection was really great, as far as I was working for the hotel it was really great. It was comfortable and quiet. I'll definitely stay here next time I visit Kharkiv.
