My breakfast choice (pankace with meat) was not available. The waiter recommanded pankace with cheese instread and I agreed. Unfortunately it came with chocolate sauce and was by far too sweet - after two bites I left the table.

Great location in the city center. Excellent base to explore Uzhgorod. Friendly staff. Nice room, Comfy bed.

It was wonderful to enjoy yet an other stay at this hotel. Extended service from madame Svietlana and the whole crew. Great and very clean room and environment. We are looking forward to come back to Hotel Nicole!

Please buy a new iron, it’s not so expensive :)

I have stayed at Nicole for one night only, but it was enough to understand that I was lucky when found this hotel. The room, including bathroom, was large and clean, bed was comfortable. Staff is super friendly, we were allowed to leave our luggage before check in and after check out. Also, our room was available before check-in time, so the administrator called us and invited to check in earlier free of charge.

The single rooms had a bit weird geometry and small window overlooking the wall. Limited baggage storage facilities, poor wifi connection

Quite good location - walking distance to the main attractions (a bit busy area though). Modern, bright, clean and spacious; good breakfast

The only thing I didn't like was that the reception was on the second floor and I was a little unsure when I arrived. The building door is locked, and you must ring a bell and wait to be let into the building.

It was a wonderful room with great staff. The cleaners didn't mess with my stuff and the breakfast was great. The hotel was located an a great spot for walking and was near everything I wanted to see and do in that town.

The entrance with the stairs is not too convenient if you are with large luggage or have mobility issues.

I stayed at the hotel 3 times. During my last stay in the middle of December I stayed in a semi-lux room, but there was no heating and it was not very comfortable. There is a centralized air-conditioner that works for heating as well, but ceiling in the room is very high, so all warm air stay near it.

Nothing really. The lift might need to be looked at as it made a noise when in use. I tried to avoid using it just in case. The room had a bit of smell when entering. Maybe because the bathroom had no window. But this is just a minor comment because overall our stay was excellent.

Location was great, right next to the city centre with all shops and restaurants nearby. The room was big and had a fridge. Furniture and style looked modern and cosy. The bed was super comfy and breakfast was tasty. Receptionists were nice and helpful.

The walls are thin and lobby area is right before the door. So if there are noisy guests, you might get disturbed. During my stay of two nights the other guests have been quiet, so everything was all right.

Nice hotel in central location. Perfect for exploring Uzhgorod. Room was large, clean and furniture new. Hotel arranged for arrival a taxi from Chop Railway station to the hotel - very helpful! Breakfast not huge, but of good quality.
