You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United StatesThe vent in the bathroom didn't work. The heater/AC remote was taken away by staff. So, I have to ask for the heater from the staff and they provided one. There's no land line phone in the room.

Czech RepublicRoom near the reception, everything could be heard from the hallway, from the stairs, from the adjoining rooms. No soundproofing. Very slow WiFi. There was also a restaurant visit, ignoring by the staff if you are a foreigner, waiting an hour for borscht, the second meal did not even wait. A horrible experience. Definitely the last time for me. There are better places at better prices near the airport.

United KingdomFirst impressions were very 1950s wood panelled decor but all lovely and clean and everything worked so no hesitation in staying here in the future.
Very conveniently located with great airport pick up service. Rooms plain but clean (decor dated but oh well!) however food excellent and available 24 hours. We ate chicken Kiev in Kiev which was strangely satisfying with great potatoes (not something which I usually feel inclined to rave about but definitely the best I have tasted for a while) and followed by excellent ice cream. The salads and spaghetti were also good.

IndiaThere were no complimentory basic things in the room like a hot kettle, a water bottle and some coffee pouche. Those are the most basic thing that needs to be there in a hotel
Location is close to airport and on the outskirts of the city with a departmental store at 2min walk. Cleanliness of room and hotel was great and staff also except the restaurant lady who just didn't look happy

FranceThe location is very close to the airport, you can take a taxi for 4 EUR and be in the airport in 15 mins. Calm place, they also have a restaurant in the hotel, so you don't need to exit from the hotel.

United Arab EmiratesTheir driver don’t pick you up from the airport, but from the parking. The driver was late and costs more than Uber…. Hotel staff was not friendly and said that there is only one driver (justifying the delay…). The meal in the restaurant is over priced and the price in the menu is different than what’s served (I had a salmon that they said it was 300mg whilst the one in the menu is 100mg). There is no water in the room neither coffee machine and iron. The manager of the restaurant doesn’t speak English and left me a longe without charging the bill. After 4 hours, the receptionist knocked my door in a very rude way stating that I didn’t pay the bill. I am definitely NOT coming back to that place again

United StatesVery good option for staying overnight for air travel. I was picked up from KBP in a timely fashion and returned to KBP at 03:15 in the morning on time. The driver was very good and the front desk person also was great. There is a decent sized grocery store just down the road and it is an easy walk. I had a very good meal in the restaurant of the hotel. I will book again without question.
