Some little things were broken, but it happens, people break things. The lift was tiny and always occupied, but I can understand that keeping 2 lifts on during the war and blackouts can be unreasonable.

The breakfast was good, but it annoyed me that each tome they delayed the dishes. The breakfast starts at 8,, so would be good that by 8 all dishes are ready. That’s why I removed two stars.

I stayed here for 4 nights and it was a great stay. I will be coming regularly to Dnipro so I’m glad that it was a lovely hotel. close to town but not too close. staff were lovely. one little thing- I would really have liked tea and coffee facilities in the room as I like a tea before bed and a coffee in the morning. every little thing catered for and I loved the little toiletries. the room was spacious and spotless. so much glass but pristine! thank you to the cleaners who do a remarkable job. see you again soon. Dnipro itself is a lovely city. people are lovely.

Very clean hotel, rooms are modern and new, just after the renovation. Very helpful stuff, they did arrange all my requests in seconds. Superb location in a green quiet area of the city center. The only thing which has to be considered if you travel with someone - the bathroom has glass door and glass walls which are partially transparent. I would recommend the hotel management to make them fully mat.

Nothing to complain

Honestly I did like everything but I would like to highlight some things. Communication with hotel staff was perfect. I have requested if possible early check-in and we entered in the room at 1100. Location of the hotel is perfect, 10 walking distance from the 5 top attractions in Dnipro. The room itself was clean and matched the photos on booking. They arranged baby bad free of charge. Hotel has very good sauna and russian banya. And at the end I would like to thank Alisa receptionist for arranging everything for my family during our stay. P.S. The morning we left the hotel after one hour I just noticed that I forgot my wedding ring in the room. Hotel staff found it and promised to send it same day on my home address. Thank you for everything and definitely see you again!

There is no central heating, so while you are not in the room it's getting cold. AC can warm it up, but since it's not a regular one you have at home but more industrial it's very noisy so at night it's off and very cold. I am sure less than 18 C. And in general you can feel the chill temperature in the corridors and restaurant where they serve breakfast

Staff were not friendly, several times I interacted. They are also not attentive eg forgot to return my passport, they asked again to photocopy it, they forgot to inform a colleague of when to change rooms etc. Perhaps they are too tired? The room was cold : had only AC bot heater, which is not suitable for Nov and winter months. It is nosy and windy to leave AC on whole night

It has a good location although there were a lot of road works which means it was loud and muddy (but not hotel’s fault). The room is large, nice toiletries

First thing I noticed were spots on the carpet. Okay, happens in best hotels. Then I realised that there is a «striptease» bar at 0 floor. 0 floor is the shelter, so while it was air raid alert I had to observe «strippers» and their drunk « clients » going in and out the elevator to the rooms together. Loud music is included in the shelter too. Breakfast is sparse and late, tastes awful. Even though location is good and facilities are basically alright I would not recommend it to anyone who travels for any purposes but sex tourism.

The hotel is nice but not amazing. There was a strange stain on my sheets, the Aircon didn’t work and if you open the window the room quickly fills with mosquitoes. In general this is a nice hotel but needs some improvements
