All signs/advertisements/etc in the apartment were in russian. I hope those will be replaced with Ukrainian versions.

The apartment is clean. Location is super central.

But one hickup. As it turns out some of the apartments have shared washing machine, which I was not anticipating. And was broken that day, while I needed it. My 2cents is that shared electronics need to be written in the apartments description.

Everything was great as usual. And the staff was more than helpful in relocating me when an issue occurred.

Facilities, shower and noisy pump in the bathroom, it’s a separate room in big apartment, so you can perfectly hear your neighbours in the next room, no kitchen.

The noise from the street was quite disturbing at night. Our room was a little small for 2 people, so consider that if you travel as a big group.

We were given a pink apartment on Vasilkovskaya str. which has just been renovated so it was all clean and fresh with cute decor. Location is great- right in the center of oldtown; all attractions, restaurants, shops are in a walking distance. Check in desk is just 2 minutes walk from apartment. The staff is just outstanding! Extremely professional, helpful and kind ladies at the reception did their very best to make our stay comfortable! Thank you so much!

The building on Sakshans'koho had some electricity issues and the building is too old and the feeling is that the place has a sketchy vibe.

It was great that they moved me from the old building on Sakshans'koho. The new apartment on Baseina was fantastic.

Hot tub was very small for a bath and did`t work, hot water for the bath had to be activated by turning all the hot taps on but once you get the hang of it, it was ok, decor is getting tired.

Great location and value for money, cleaner called every four days as advised and service from the owners was exceptional.

Unfortunately, despite the advantages of this housing, there were too many disadvantages that spoil the whole impression ... the first and most important thing ---- is that when you turn on the hot water, you hear a strong noise of the pump that supplies water and this noise is constant , that is, in the evening it will be uncomfortable for you and your neighbors ... the noise is strong, and the sound insulation in the apartment is very poor ... the washing machine is not in the apartment, but in the corridor and is designed for sharing by several apartments ... you need to get the keys to the apartment in the office of the company, it is not far away, but it is inconvenient... the apartment has a lot of dust and a dirty floor...

Friendly management, very good location of the apartment and comfortable and clean bed. Unbelievable, but true, it turns out that this company works at a high level, I am writing this postscript because an employee of this company contacted me a few days after my stay and due to the fact that I was not satisfied with objective factors when I was in these apartments The company refunded me the cost of living. this is a pleasant fact that surprised me, speaks of the solidity of this company. since I have used their apartments before, which were quite good, I decided to change this review in order to be objective in my assessments.

the photos is from a different place as the curtain are completly different and not covering the full 2 windows and balcony door the photo is showing a room with complete curtain to cover the light from the street was not the case so please put curtain to cover the full windows and covering the light from outside .you should go by night to find out how it is

Appartment looks much worse and simplier than at photos. Rénovation is old, in bathroom in the walls fungi. Jacuzzi worked probably time ago but now not. In the kitchen is not équipement to cook, only one pot. Bed is not confortable, not à cover on marais. Very noisy neighbour

Location is good Khreschatic is very near. Also an appartment has Netflix what is great.

Apartment quite close to almost every thing you may need/wish. Easy to find and many restaurants just a block away.

The apartment is located by the main road and during the nights was a little difficult to fall into sleep.

Place desperately in need of painting coffee maker didn’t work no microwave..air conditioning broke.. However very next day someone did repair it.. not enough pots and pans Only a frying pan and one 4 quart Pan for cooking..and phone in apartment did NOT dial out OR to the reception desk ..had to use the Booking APP to get ahold of the front desk ..

Easily accessible and close to city center..market right next door…😁 Staff at reception desk very helpful and friendly
