This is a top boutique hotel, one of the bests I have ever been in terms of attention, decoration, room size, room services...And at an amazing price, currently, due to the situation. It is only a few minutes walk from the center and has interesting spots nearby (restaurants, parks and monuments). The women managing it are really attentive and kind, helping with any request. I ended up extending my stay and wish I could have stayed longer. Highly recommended, you won't go wrong with this hotel.

Nothing, it was great! However, I have to say that we booked on a short notice and there was a nice discount offered on Booking.com, I don't remember the full price, so my assessment of the value for money is affected by specific price I got

The only disadvantage would be to people with disabilities because there is no lift.

The room was very big and stylish. Very quiet location and a nice view. I had a special request for breakfast and the lady just heard about it and I had it the next day. Perfect service all around. Best value for money in Odessa in my view.

A little bottle of sparkling wine in the mini-bar would have been extra bonus for a couple on a romantic holiday :) But it's just a remark, a proposal, not commenting any mistake :) :)

The staff is very friendly. It's family business, and much more intimate and lovely than some big hotel chain delivering service like all others. The location is fabulous -- so close to all sightseeing, also shpooing, quiet, and in the style of real authentic old Odessa. Very good breakfast, they e.g. ask what you would like to be made of eggs, and make it. I also would like to underline how clean everything was, not only rooms bt also all entrances, staircases etc .

Quite triky to find. After the main gate you have to cross the yard until another gate. The neighbourhood looks industrial, left behind. A lot of free parking options in front of the main gate, but I would not recommend...

Bed had 2 single matrasses instead of single one.

Location was perfect - close to city center. Room was big, very nice and clean. Bathroom was also roomy and comfy. We had good breakfast. Reasonanble price.

The entrance is quite unusual - you need to get through a private yard and 2 gates. The signs are not that very visible and obvious- especially that the name is in Ukrainian. If the Uber driver had not shown us the entrance we would have had a problem to find the way in.

Hotel Pearl is actually a family operated B&B. It makes it even more cozy and the atmosphere is more relaxed than in a big hotel. It's localized 10 minutes walking distance from the Opera House. There are restaurants and a supermarket near by. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. There is AC in rooms. The owner was very friendly and helpful. There was no problem with arranging earlier breakfast since we had a morning flight back home. We liked the terrace with the harbour view. The breakfast was also good. I really do recommend this place to stay in Odessa.

For very sensitive people the sounds of the harbour could be a bit disturbing. But not really much, though i would put triple glass windows instead of double)

Everything was very nice - friendly smiling host, lovely interior, conditioner in a huge room with big bed, sofa and spacy bathroom, breakfast is also quite filling, a buffet. We were told continental, but for sure more than in German hotels) The location is good, not far from centre.
