We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

UkraineEven though there are some advantages there is pretty much of disadvantages: - If you want to drink a water you’ll need to pay money for that. This is the first time I’m in a hotel which doesn’t provide free water. They assure that you can drink water from a tap, but I don’t feel comfortable doing so. The water is the basic thing which must be included in the room furthermore considering the price paid for the room. - I asked receptionist to confirm whether the diet menu is available in the restaurant since it was very important for me and I was told they will get back to me with the information. Finally I didn’t get a call and when came to the restaurant it turned out they don’t have diet menu - I was told that the price for the breakfast might be attached to the hotel room’s bill, though waiter required me to pay at place before the breakfast is ordered so I had to go back to the room on the 4th floor, take the money and come back to the restaurant (receptionist could have been clearer about sharing such information especially when this question was intentionally asked). I assume this is requirement because the restaurant is actually in the different hotel next to the Petros - Petros positioning themselves as Hotel & Spa, but the SPA actually belongs to another hotel which is next to them. The price is too high in comparison to its quality (500uah/person/1 hr). You have to pay additionally to the room price for the SPA but it completely doesn’t worth it. There is very limited space (up to 10 people). There are only 3 chairs where you can sit down to rest. The smell in hammam is awful and feels like a mold. The water pool was pretty dirty. The only one great thing there was their sauna with the view to the mountains. Not sure though, why Petros is saying they have a SPA in their hotel 🤷🏻♂️ - Housekeepers came to the room a couple of times and we asked them to come later. At the end the room ended up not cleaned.
- Very pleasant staff - Very close to the slopes (5 and 2 slopes are in a couple of meters from the hotel entrance), though slightly inconvenient to get back after evening skiing - Clean rooms - Very nice scenes from the balcony - Pretty big parking - Ski rooms available at the hotel - Ski rental is really close to the hotel, cheaper than the Bukovel rental and the quality of equipment is much better
