Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Nice little rooms with outside space in pretty grounds. There's a restaurant onsite and it's about a 30m walk into Brovary.

United KingdomThe smell in the cottage 9 was heavy and far from being fresh. Most likely there is some smelly sewage behind cottages, and depending on the wind sitting outside in the terrace was unbearable at some points.
The cottage is very spacy and looks really great. Nice outside area. Beds are comfy. Perfect place for some bbq with friends or family.

CanadaIf you want a quiet place to rest - don't go there over weekends. We were lucky enough to have wedding both days and although hotel asks guests to be quiet after 23:00, party continued over midnight and nobody did anything with it. Hotel also had a nice kids playground when we last stayed there - now it is gone its replacement is nowhere near as fun as it was before. Additionally, if you plan to have breakfast and don't book it beforehand, you'll have to find it elsewhere - although they say breakfast opens at 8, they are closed till 10 (at least). Overall, the quality of services dropped noticeably over the last 4 years - it used to be a great place to stay.
Location is just great. We liked the food at the restaurant when it was open; parking onsite; big rooms in cottages; wifi was good

NetherlandsThe quality of the room was terrible. It had a lot of mold on the walls, very bad quality of the water from the tap with nasty smell. We had a hole near the toilet, destroyed trash bin and the broken door to the bath. The personnel wanted to get the cash instead of the card for our stay (the person "didn't know how to use the bank terminal"), but after some negotiations they told us that we can pay later with the card. When we asked to change the room for something better, they told that this one is the only one they have.
The territory of the complex was in very nice condition and the backyard of our house was pretty nice. They have a free private secure parking. We had enough privacy.
