Through no fault of the hotel, the light was absent for a large part of the day.

My stay was pleasant and the hotel was clean. The receptionists were helpful and friendly, the breakfast was very good and on time.

Fantastic little hotel a short walk from central Kharkiv. I had to find a place to stay very last-minute, and noticed this one was right across the street, so I had no expectations. It was a lucky find. The room was small but very modern and cozy. The bed was very comfortable, it had a great bathroom, and the staff were really friendly. Very happy with my stay at an excellent rate.

Excellent hotel, I selected the hotel on Booking.com, because the evaluations were excellent and it was located in the city center. I have been more than impressed when I arrived. This place is the best value I ever had over this trip that took me from Karkow to Lviv and Kyiv. The outside of the hotel hides the gem it is on the inside. The decoration is refined, and the level of equipment could make it rival some of the best 5 star hotels. The level of cleanliness is at its pinacle. The staff is courteous and eager to help you. I highly recommend you this hotel and I will definitively come back there for my next visit of this beautiful city of Kharkiv.

was electric noize from one lamp like a tiny bug.

Breakfast was individual no common table. Room clean and really quit. Everythong was good and will return there with pleasure. Can advice to single travellers and to pairs.

There were not many customers in the hotel (if any except me, cause I didn’t see any othher guest), so the restaurant (which looked nice) was empty and the personal stayed at the bar talking (what I could hear very good in my room, unfortunateky) instead of staying at reception.

Hotel was located not so far from the city centre. The room was very, very clean. I finally felt I stayed jn Ukraine in a quialty place. Breakfast was very tasty. The restaurant looked very nice, but unfortunately there were no customers, which was pity.

There were some stains on the carpet, that hotel was not able to wash away.

The bed was great. Quality orthopedic matrass. The breakfast was delicious, a few options are given. I chose omelette with cheese and grilled vegetables, cheese pancakes with strawberry jam and sour cream, and juice. It was enough not to feel hungry

Price was a little high for Kharkiv. They ask extra money for early check in.

Location was good, personnel knows English which is difficult to find in Kharkiv. Breakfast was delicious. You will have different options for breakfast. Clean room . thanks for everything.
