It’s our second stay in the hotel and we absolutely loved it) Nice location, very close to the river and restaurants, comfortable room and attentive staff.

Speed of service at the restaurant depended much on the shift serving and cooking (we stayed for 3 weeks and could compare that). 2nd shift was 2x slower and not too attentive. It would be nice if tea/coffee would be refiled in the room, since the kettle was provided.

We lived in a Family Studio and it was amazing option for a long stay: lots of space, all essentials covered. Great location nearby Probiy waterfall and a number of restaurants. Warm floor during cold days was very much appreciated. Reception ladies were super-friendly and helpful!

Rooms were clean, very delicately done renovation with the attention to the details, nice shower area. Especially I loved the private sauna with a spacious swimming pool just for me and my spouse. We also loved the restaurant and ordered food there every evening. Super delicious - especially borsch. Very moderate prices.

Intense traffic, market near the hotel and very crowded, hard to walk through , poor kitchen

The hotel is located near the road with intense traffic. We were lucky our room’s windows were turned to back side of the hotel, it was quieter. The room was clean and comfortable but they didn’t clean it up during our two days stay. The stuff was very polite and helpful. The breakfast is very simple and not delusions. Coffee was awful. The nature around is just fantastic and this cover all the faults of the facilities. Neatrby are the “Dovbush rocks” and mountain Makovytsia, Prut river waterfall make this place must have to visit.

Disappointing staff with very bad attitude to the guests. This is clue for good service -your approach for the guests. I was really disappointed with things happened there. For example I have asked to use their microwave to heat my food as it was cold but they told that there is no microwave while we were standing 50cm from it. Nice 👍 way to go guys! Good luck 🍀 Besides this, as I am from other city and not local all staff was so unfriendly, me and my family felft ourselves like an aliens 👽 or even enemies. Hey, we are clients, we bring you money.

For three days here there is not any cleaning in the room changing bath accessories. Really expensive for such a room(standard) and such service.
