Can’t remember anything bad. I’ve been to several spa hotels in the region over the past year; this one is definitely the best.

The staff here really cares about you. The property is good for a few days of relax. It’s new, clean and comfortable. The food is great! Special respect to the Chef.

There’s no elevator and the stairs are rather slippery, so unfortunately it’s not very accessible.

Great food, friendly staff and lovely interior. My room was very quiet and comfortable. The view from the spa is great. It was also nice to receive the little sweet compliments from the hotel 🍪

I liked everything. But what I love this hotel for is the 1. breakfast - good selection and everything is so fresh and high quality 2. spa - clean, modern spa with the relaxing ambiance, when kids are not having fun in the djakuzi 😁 3. rooms - good sound isolation and really really comfortable bed. 4. staff - everyone is so friendly and helpful

It's a minor thing, but I really didn't like that I couldn't iron my clothes by myself, and in this hotel, it's offered as a separate service.😕

It is brand new with modern expensive design. The staff is very helpful and nice, breakfast delicious. I would also recommend setting at least once for a buffet dinner option. It is cheaper than dining out in the town, but the choices are amazing.

Some things that could matter: • no lift (hotel has 5 floors) • relatively small SPA room with no swimming pool • car parking may be full in some busy weekends These are minor things to us and they definitely did not affect overall impression.

Modern hotel with great service. It's like 3min walk from the central square. Breakfast was tasty with decent choice of food. 100% it is a place to come back again.

The water in the shower sometimes was jumping from boiling hot to cold. A guy from the reception said there may be a toilet sink open in another room at the same riser and promised to call these rooms and close it. This happened twice.

The room was cosy and clean. The restaurant was also nice as well as service. Meals, including breakfasts were quite various, delicious and healthy. The electricity and internet are just amazing. Despite the blackouts in the whole country, there wasn't a single sign of them. The whole space and the room is stylish and comfortable. The staff is friendly and hostile. We received a little gift when leaving.

It's a bit noisy in family suits if someone is above your room - if they're active kids you hear them literally like jumping on your head. I believe staff tries to solve it by chess style accomodation, but when the hotel is full it's really the issue.

food is amazing and very delicious. Big variety of food at the breakfast and dinner. the stuff is very pleasant and polite. Rooms are new and clean. Free jacuzzi and sauna. I can recommend this hotel for 100%. If I am in Truskavets next time, I will choose this hotel once again.

We haven’t been informed that the massage rooms need to be booked ahead so we couldn’t get the massage in a day of check-in. But we did it on next day so everything’s ok.

Food was delicious, spa is great and relaxing, rooms are clean and very comfortable. The staff contacted us after checkout to let us know we forgot some stuff in the room and they sent it by mail.

This an amazing hotel right in the center of Truskavets. Very well designed and comfortable rooms with a lot of attention to details, comfy beds. Very attentive staff and tasty breakfasts. We will definitely come back.
