If I could point out anything to improve, it would be the cleanliness of the carpet in my room. This could be improved.

Good location and, nice and cozy place. The kitchen is equipped with everything you may need, bathroom is very clean. More than enough storage space. There is no bed, just the sofa. It was comfortable and spacy but was a bit too soft for me. This is not a disadvantage, and is totally fine - but this is something to consider, if you prefer firm mattress.

The hotel is exceptionally cozy, modern with lovely furniture and sanitary devices, well-equipped, and amazingly located on one of the main walking streets. All the other attractions — shopping high street, beautiful Central Park, Styr River and the public beach (the lovely one), Lubart Castle, and the other Lutsk's gems are within a 7-15 minutes relaxed walk.

A very clean and affordable hotel in a good location. Parking was free in the hotel yard. Very friendly receptionist. The breakfast is quite good, although it is quite limited when you only have to choose one option from the list. However, the price is very affordable.

There is nothing to dislike, really, but the rooms can be a bit better sound-proof.

This is a great hotel, one of the best in town, centrally located and modern, with many dining options on the main pedestrian street it overlooks. The Lutsk Castle, the amazing City Park and most other attractions are a 10-minute walk away. My single room, although small and minimalist, was comfortable and air conditioned, with a minibar and a coffee maker. I did not eat breakfasts but I saw the breakfast menu, with five options to choose from. At check-out, I was given a cookie and a thoughtful handwritten letter thanking me for my visit in a time of war - a gesture to remember. Finally, the hotel offers free early check-in and late check-out, something I, leaving Lutsk at 1700, took advantage of.

Just try not to be late for breakfast, you are likely to meet a lot of great people there and have a chat.

The breakfast was "ok", I just advice you not to order the cold one. It wasn't really tasty for me. But the next day we ordered cheesecake one and it was decent.

It would be super if there were some garden furniture outside the office where guest could enjoy the wonderful summer evenings outside. It would be good if the cleaning staff put water bottles in every day and not “sometimes “.

Ribas Rooms is more a luxury bed & breakfast with excellent staff and a super location. The room have what you need. Girls at the service desk are so helpful and speak perfect English. Ribas Rooms is situated right n the quiet part of the city-center. Excellent base to explore the many attractions of Lutsk.

breakfast (not good for this price), there are no body cream, towel hooks in the bathroom. also , the floor in the bath location is highest than in whole room - water was overwhelming. also a sleeping mask would be nice! as it’s not a full dark during the night- this a sleep isn’t good as it might be

I liked everything but i missed a bidet shower next to the toilet that would be great. I also missed a sign "Ribas rooms" at the end of the street. Маленька вулиця до готелю справді потребувала ремонту.

Wonderful new "hotel" in Lutsk. At the moment it more like a large bed & Breakfast. But very nice. The staff were so kind and helpful. The place is in the middle of Lutsk just 5om from the main City walk with cozy cafes and restaurants. The beds were fine and the rooms were fitted with what is needed. Toilet & zinc are black!!! never seen that before. All in all a great experience. I was amazed with the quietness as Lutsk can be a noisy city.

The hotel itself was very difficult to find, even using GPS. The room was nice, but the windows had shutters, which did not keep out all of the light in the morning. The room was also quite chilly.

The hotel is fitted out with very 'modern' furniture. Breakfast was a simple choice and at a specific time. The hotel itself is right in the centre of town and the staff were very helpful in recommending a restaurant and other amenities.
