Noise from the room next door, 'love night' probably, not hotel's fault.

Last minute reservation with double bed enquiry which was satisfied. The room looked exactly as on the photos. Friendly stuff, there were no parking spaces in the yard but the street was ok. Clean place.

The hotel is outstanding: clean, nice, located in a quiet neighborhood with a lake view, calm, with sunlit rooms. Really great place. Hotel management was really helpful and kind. All facilities are available (fridge, tea in the room, balcony with a view, AC...). So thankful to hosts.

No breakfast, but there are good one in the hotel Melaniya nearby. Parking is a bit narrow, but in general not a problem if you are an experienced driver. I saw a woman that could not park her car by herself and hotel staff kindly parked her car, so this is not a big deal

Friendly staff, very clean rooms. Wonderfull view on the lake and park out of the window. There is an opportunity to charge your electric vehicle on the hotel parking (220V 16A outlet)

Soundproofing (or lack of), the curse of nearly all hotels in Uman'. We were lucky there was no noisy people in other rooms, because you can hear people in other rooms when they whisper.

Very new, clean, and cozy hotel by a small pond. Quiet at night, as it's away from the road. Clean, spotless room, which has everything - A/C, kettle, comfy bathroom, TV, etc. clean bedding. Attentive host, it was easy to communicate and deal with him. Yes, you can charge your EV here, leave it plugged overnight - we did. As it's a new hotel, they do not have an en suite restaurant (breakfasts) - we were advised at reception to go to a nearby hotel, Melania, which had a restaurant.

Location of hotel may seem a bit uncomfortable when you are going there. But as soon as you reach the final destination, you realize how nice this place is. Yes, the district seems to be relatively new and some construction works nearby are still in process, luckily we haven't heard any noise. Rooms are big with nice new furniture. Clean. And out rooms specifically had an astonishing view on the lake with dino park. Service is friendly. Since this was our first visit to Uman' receptionist told us about places nearby we need to visit and recommended a few restaurants where we could have dinner/breakfast. 9,5/10 only because we had no mirror in bathroom, but it's not a problem and we understand someone could have broken it.

Parking is available but spaces are narrow.

Well appointed room and comfortable bed. Shower had strong hot water. Great view from balcony. Uman is a memorable place to visit, especially Sofievky park.

Could not pay with card. The shower was really not the best.

A nice balcony with the overview of the river/lake with some strange dino/alien statues on the far side. Good aircondition in the record warm night.

That would be great to have a breakfast. Not much space outside, except parking area.

Perfect location with the balcony view towards the lake and a new built park. Hot water supply is excellent! The city is not big, so we could get anywhere we want by walking. Hotel’s stuff is very helpful and supportive. Thank you!

Hard to park there and we were blocked by a truck (the lane is not suitable for 2 cars and you may end up blocked by the parked cars cause the entrance of Dino Park is right there)
