Room didn’t come with a TV, although it said it did on Booking. Mattress had several springs poking through which made for a rather uncomfortable sleep.

Location was great, very close to a lot of landmarks and nice restaurants. Staff was also very pleasant.

The bath didn't have a shower holder, which made showering a bit awkward and a complimentary bottle of water would have been nice. Doesn't look great from the outside, things get a little better as you come into reception and the rooms are fine.

It was ok. I think next time I will pay a little extra and stay somewhere a little better, but for the price it was fine.

The pillows were extremely small and flat (they did provide us with two more pillows upon request). We were there three days but the cleaning staff did not clean the room or supply TP the second day. We had to request towels and toilet paper.

The staff was lovely and the hotel is in a great location. It was warm and the bed was very comfortable.

Main facade of the hotel is a "building site" but the small reception area is fit for purpose and staff are efficient. Language barrier was a slight problem but I got by!!

When I arrived on Saturday there were some music in restaurant downstair that I could definitely hear at night. Wasn't too disturbing, but definitely not a quite room on the second floor. Next night everything was fine.

As in many European hotels our “queen” bed was two smaller beds side by side and if you roll to the centre you get wedged in a crevice. They also didn’t have any blankets large enough to cover the whole bed side to side (maybe a double size blanket for a queen width of bed) so my partner and I each had to get our own blanket in case we moved at all during the night.

Amazing location, room was beautiful, building has a (really cute!) elevator. Good heating in the room, nice shower, clean. FYI the outside is very deceiving and has a big tarp over the front so it looks like it’s abandoned but the actual door is just to the right.

The interior is rather old and needs to be replaced in many places. It looks like an old aristocrat, who lost all his money trying to replace original furniture with cheap copies. Doesn't make much sense. For this money, a simple IKEA would be more than enough.

The location is very nice. Easy to get to most destinations. Quite clean suits and very calm (I expected more noise from the street).

They don't clean the sheets for days. They only put shampoo and shower gel in small quantities and do not replace them too. Only one rolled toilet paper for the whole saty of four nights and no tissues. No water in the room, no mini bar, nothing.

I had to lobby to get a room with a balcony and that was nice. One of the staff receptionist is considerate, and very helpful.

-curtains, windows and balcony where dirty -staff weren’t really friendly but rather bored and not wearing masks -there is not a public toilet around the reception area so you have to wait for your check in or go to the McDonald’s toilet ☠️ -we run out of toilet paper so we asked twice and they didn’t give us any

-the water pressure in the shower was reallyyyy good -the hairdryer, shampoos and flip flops that were included in the room -the hotel is really “instagrammable” with aristocratic-looking floors and rooms -we could leave our luggage after check out for a couple of hours before leaving the city

Staff is very helpful, although the room was smaller than we anticipated, but it was clean and tidy
