We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

UkraineThe only thing that made me literally perplexed is that the room wasn’t clean properly. The mess from the previous people who stayed before us was there. To be more precise, it was underwear near bed (yes, NEAR bed, in the middle of the room)
It was my 3d time staying in Shelest. it’s definitely my favorite place anytime of the year. The location is convenient, the view is amazing, tasty food in restaurant and friendly staff deserve 10/10!

UkraineWe were a bit upset with the our second breakfast. Maybe there was an issue at the kitchen, but we were surprised to wait a lot to have scramble eggs - and when it came it was raw (liquid), we had the feeling that kitchen staff did not expect the number of people having breakfast and were not ready (as other positions in the breakfast table took long to appear again). Our second dinner was not as good as the first, our waiter tried to be fun and "cool" (young man), but it did not work and it was not nice. Our first dinner - on the other hand - was excellent, including the service (young woman). Pity that I forgot their names.
The hotel looks nice and stylish, the room was very clean and comfortable. We loved the fact that Netflix was available, it was great, it was a plus point for us. We were a bit scared after reading reviews mentioning noise issues - but our stay was overall quiet and not as bad as in the reviews (maybe we had quiet neighbors). Nevertheless, sound insulation could be better. Hotel staff said that they inform guests if a party/event is planned, as it may be indeed a bit noisy. During our stay nothing was happening, and it was overall quiet - what we appreciated. The restaurant in general was nice, we appreciated our first day dinner and breakfast. Food was very good, except for second breakfast.

Everything was perfect. Thanks very much to the loveliest staff at the reception and the restaurant. They were really amazing, and made us love the place even more. Loved the fireplace so much! Super safe as well due the security men they have at the entrance. Food at the restaurant was so good, try the hot chocolate with coconut milk if you go there.

UkraineThe negligence of staff. Regardless of the successful payment during check-in, I was told that the system showed that I had not paid. Thus, I had to show the payment receipt to be able to check out. Moreover, I was contacted by the staff once again when I got home to send a copy or receipt.
The breakfast was delicious. The design and interior of the hotel are remarkable.

UkraineI was looking for a quiet place to rest, but in the end, it was very loud during dinner. Big companies were having their party with loud music and singing songs like in a cheap karaoke bar. I was staying in a classic hotel room, which was nice, but the walls there are thin, so you can hear your neighbor.
