There is a minor issues with the floors making sound when stepping.

The stuff, all are very friendly and helpful. The location, easy to access public transport including electric scooters. There are multiple stores and banks nearby. Affordable.

My room was changed to hotel room. They argued that it was rising standard, because the room was occupied or in some sort not usable. For the second time I can tell that probably they do that with every booking. First room that they placed me was smelling with cigarettes and I have asked to change, which they did after checking my current room.

(They have upgraded me to hotel room! So I will describe the hotel room.) The internet was okay. Beds where comfortable and clean. The bathroom was clean and towels were soft. There was a kitchen in the room, so I could make some food there.

The pipes in the bathroom of room 2 leak so there is water on the floor every day. An antiflood system has been installed, which seems more complicated than fixing the actual problem. Every day I had to put towels on the floor to soak up the water so that I didn't have to stand in it. The cleaner was very nice and she cleaned up the water every day, but I felt sorry that she had the extra work to do.

The location is great if you want to be near the train station and the downtown. All three metro lines are within a ten minute walk. The cleaner was fantastic and really friendly. The staff at the reception (a not so short walk away) were very friendly and helpful. The room had all the basic amenities. A heater was provided without asking (it was cold week in November so it was needed). The bed was comfy - the mattress wasn't too soft, so I could sleep well. It was generally a good experience and I would recommend it. It was worth the cost at the discounted rate. I stayed there for 8 days.

We were provided with absolutely different apartment in a 15 min walk near Olympiiska station. I paid the same amount of money however apartment wasn't even close similar to the one on photos. Staff didn't explain me why that happened.

Apartment was clean and fresh however quite old fashioned. We had a tea and water in a room, toiletries included in bathroom but it was no bathrobes.

This was--by far--the nicest hotel I ever stayed in while in Ukraine. Very professional and friendly, English-speaking staff. Super location. Very spacious and clean apartment with fully furnished kitchen. Large refregirator with freezer and ice-cube trays. Ironing boad and iron plus drying rack. Microwave, washing machine. Complimentary bottled water. Excellent breakfast next door. A little gift upon checking in. What can I say? My stay could not have been better. Thank you.

The Greguar hotel appartements is near to the Olympic stadium, restaurants and supermarket. Staff was kind and helpful, gave us a better room from what we had booked! Good cleanness, comfortable bed. Had freezer, and all you need to prepare a breakfast!
