Water was warm, not hot, but i have found this in most hotels in Ternopil and we are in a war so is not an issue. I mention it only as it's the only thing that did not meet our expectations.

This is a great transit hotel, service as you would expect, rooms clean, reasonable size and comfortable. Staff efficient and helpful. Easy parking, parking attendent was really helpful, and refused a tip. I hope the hotel give him a bonus, as he was really helpful as there was a wedding party there so parking was fairly full.

Nothing, I was planning asanrly surprised.

Excellent hotel, easy parking, good staff, room adequate, clean and great shower. It's not central, which for a transit hotel is great, but it is on the main road through to the west, so is very easy to access, and I was very happy with the stay. There is a restaurant on-site, and no noise at all from the road. If you want to visit Ternopil proper, you would need transport, but as a transit hotel, it is perfect. You cannot beat the value.

The hotel is beautiful, clean and in a quiet part of town. The staff is wonderful. The restaurant makes the best English breakfast I have ever eaten. This is a superb place to stay, wether for work or pleasure.

Arrived 1.5 hour before and been told to pay extra 200UAH for early check in , rejected to pay as it doesn’t seem reasonable unless we arrived early morning, overall great hotel.

Everything was good. The restaurant was very good indeed, but the bottled beer is somewhat expensive for Ukraine.

Despite the positive aspects of the hotel, there were a few downsides that I noticed. As mentioned earlier, the lack of additional lighting was a minor inconvenience. Furthermore, the proximity to a restaurant meant that there were occasions when the noise levels increased due to lively celebrations or events taking place there. While this may not be a significant issue for some guests, it's worth considering for those seeking a quieter and more tranquil environment during their stay.

I recently stayed at the Stella Hotel which impressed me with its stunning exterior and interior design. The architectural aesthetics were remarkable, creating a visually pleasing atmosphere. However, I believe there was a slight deficiency in terms of additional lighting. It would have been beneficial to have extra illumination near the bed and in the bathroom around the mirror. Nevertheless, the hotel's location was incredibly convenient for visitors with cars, and the bonus of having a spacious parking area was greatly appreciated. Moreover, the staff was pleasant and provided excellent service throughout my stay.
