There was no real issue in this hotel. The room's spaciness is a plus but makes for a lonely experience when traveling alone. Had the hotel been full I bet the experience would be better. Not perfect but very good nonetheless.

Great place, they accommodated late check-in due to my delays while traveling. Friendly staff that I could also speak Czech with. Spacious rooms, comfortable and clean with all that you would need as a traveler. Also great gated parking space as well as outside parking spots in case of full internal lot.

At our second dinner we had main dishes oversalted. In our second room there were not enough sockets: one was at the bed, another was in the bathroom. The third one was blocked behind TV. So two sockets for 3 persons in total

We stayed here twice. The hotel is comfortable and clean. The church did not bother us much. The staff is very friendly. There are slippers and tea making facilities which are good for an early start (the breakfast is late there). The restaurant is good, we had dinner twice there. The parking behind the hotel in the yard is practical

We waited for 50 minutes for a breakfast. The hotel itself is a confusing maze.

This time the restaurant was an absolute disaster. All dishes were so oversalted, that we could not eat them. In our first stay here we enjoyed the food. In our second stay there were only some dishes oversalted. But this time no dish was eatable. Big disappointment(((.

The hotel is located well. We have stayed here for the third time. The staff is friendly and fast. The parking is in the inner yeard.

The staff is very slow and unresponsive. Often simply absent. The settlement was delayed for two hours, without even warning and made to wait in the hall with constant promises that it would be in 10-15 minutes. Instead of simply apologizing, also shifting the blame to someone else. There is also a problem during eviction, because in the morning there is only a security guard who does not know how to use the terminal. So the payment is only in cash. Just like in a restaurant, it is normal for them to wait half an hour for a waiter to order. As a result, the minimum time for dinner is at least 1.5 hours. The room is practically empty. There is very little furniture. There is nowhere to put things in the bedroom. There is not even a single chair in a 3-room room for 5 people. In places there is mold in the corners.

It seems only location is good.

Hard to communicate with staff, Church bells were often ringing, most of the hotel was in darkness - looked deserted, no hangers in the closets (requested, none found)

After check in I had dinner in the terrace of the hotel restaurant , at 23:00 the waiter said the restaurant close. They closed the doors, and no more service, not waiter, nobody me and my family were alone in the terrace. After 20 minutes, when we finished dinner we went to the entrance of the hotel and the door was closed too. Nobody in the reception, I use the belt for 15 minutes and nobody come to open the door. After I start call to the telephone of the hotel and they not only didn't unswer, they cut the calls. I tried call not less than 50 times and they cut all the calls, as say I'm busy don't disturb me. I was waiting in the street 1 hour with a 9 month and 10 y.o. Kids before come somebody to open. This is not a 4 stars Hotel this is the worst service hotel I was in my life. NEVER GO!!!
