The hotel and the restaurant have a uniquely cozy decor, which exceeded our expectations. The room was very nice and clean with good wifi and there is plenty of parking space. The owner and the staff were very friendly and helpful. You could hear the trains passing by but it didn't bother us. It's a real gem on the route from Kiev to Warsaw.

It’s a great hotel but I would like some extra pillows and a kettle in the room. Also, some more vegetarian meal choices in the restaurant.

It’s right there at the Tunnel of Love, just a few metres to the entrance. The lovely people who own the hotel go out of their way to make you feel welcome and comfortable. Clean room with a comfortable bed, hot shower and a desk and chair. A good restaurant at the hotel with an excellent breakfast. The room has a fridge.

The location was next to the tunnel of love. Parking in front of the hotel. The rooms were very clean and smelled also very nice. The owner was very lovely and caring. He was dedicated to give us a real nice stay and best experience.

Nothing related to property. The only thing I did not like is that there is no taxi option available at night from the klevan railway station to the hotel. May be because it is only around 2 km walking distance

To be honest everything from the hotel room to the location to the checkout process as well as the friendly staff. Lets come to straight in bullet points: - been to 30+ countries but never experienced such a friendly staff - Checkin time was 3 PM and they allowed me check-in at 5 AM - Staff is so kind - food is amazing and not too expensive - rooms are so cozy - nice garden view

Really nice family run hotel! the location is just perfect and 1min away from the tunnel of love! we really enjoyed our stay at the hotel and liked the atmosphere with the oak forrest! We should have stayed longer… Everything was very clean and new! they have also a restaurant with tasty food and vegetarian options.

The small hotel is owned by an incredibly friendly family who is very attentive. The rooms are small but cosy, clean and they have everything you need. The bed is very comfortable.

No one speaks English. I was assisted by three people at different times during my short stay and none of them spoke a word of English. Checking in was ok but there was a bit of a challenge at check out. Also, no air conditioner. Summers (I was in Klevan in July) in Ukraine can be quite hot and it makes difficult to relax and sleep inside your personal sauna/room. Can’t open the windows for too long cause mosquitos and other bugs come inside (after all, the hotel is next to nature).

Definitely the location, it’s next door to Tunnel of Love. It takes less than 10 minutes to get there by foot. The hotel is very comfortable and has nice space, it’s easy to find with a good GPS or Google Maps.

Hidden gem, great to just walk out the door and explore the Tunnel of Love - decorated with all sorts of railway decor, staff were very accomodating.
