My room was near the elevator so it was a bit loud during the day. The conditioner was not clean and had unpleasant smell.

Doesn’t have any cutlery in the room, no tea/coffee maker. Was trying to get a spoon in the restaurant in the evening, but it has already been closed. A bit outdated but quite decent for the price paid.

By far the biggest issue was with the temperature of the water in the shower, at best lukewarm due to the number of guests present in the hotel. The weather being warm this was not much of an issue, but during winter it could be. Bathroom was clean but water marks and lime scale were noticeable on faucets and shower. Also the carpet gave the impression of being much used. No bottled water was made available in the room.

Property is located very centrally and close to the river Uzh. The city centre can be reached easily on foot. Bedroom and bathroom were both very spacious and excellent window insulation isolated well noise from outside. Also inside not a noisy hotel. Staff was very helpful and patient despite the extremely late check in time, and housekeeping passed daily. Have not tried breakfast besides coffee (alas no espresso) but it looked adequate to satisfy most guests.

Rotten eggs, served for breakfast! Hair in the coffee! Elevators not wheelchair compliant! Internet Wi-Fi signal very weak! Also terminated after 1 AM! Lobby reception area very dark! Reception could not print a check out invoice!

The front desk staff could be more helpful. They were definitely ruder to locals then foreigners.

The breakfast buffet had a good variety of choices, however there was a strange coupon system to get in. The room and hotel premises were clean and well equipped.

In the room I stayed in there was no shelf for things like cosmetics, toothbrush, etc , in the bathroom but ...it is not the problem worth mentioning.

No tea coffee facilities in the room,no kettle! You have to take a lift 5 floors to get hot water to make a drink. Not practical and dangerous process. By the time you get water up to your floor,it's cold, so like warm hot drink!

I was nicely surprised with hotel Uzhgorod, room was spacious, bathroom too, wifi and A/C worked really well. Hotel room had really good sound insulation and blacked curtains, so the quality of sleep is great. Breakfast was like saying in tv-show Chernobyl - "not great, not terrible". I really like the location of the hotel and good FREE parking in front of the hotel. All the staff in the hotel are friendly and helpful. In my opinion you get great value for you money.

The only inconvenience was the elevator, which did not appear to have a door sensor and shuts its doors immediately after selecting a floor.

The room was very spacious and offered a quaint seating area with an amazing view of the river Uzh. The mini fridge was a good add on, as well as a great AC. Given the current state of affairs, electricity and wifi kept running and remained stable throughout our stay.

The price could have been better, but when one considers the location... not too bad. Also, their restaurant was not working in the evening when I was there, so on my first evening, I walked across the street and got a decent cheeseburger and fries. I would have rather sat down and enjoyed a restaurant meal, because I had traveled a lot that day and was not ready to walk into the town. The meal from the kiosk was great.

Hotel Uzhgorod was well situated and a pleasant river walk to downtown where there are plenty of restaurants and a wonderful pedestrian zone. The hotel staff is pleasant and friendly, and helpful despite my butchering the beautiful Ukrainian language. Parking out front was sometimes difficult, but there seemed to always be an open spot. The breakfast was a good buffet that had everything from cereal to salad to eggs and meat. I liked that I could get hot cocoa from the coffee machine each morning.
