The hotel is very modern and beautiful with great facilities. The staff and the service they provide are at the highest level. The rooms are modern, spacious, well-furnished and very comfortable. Right next to the hotel is Nevytske Castle which is quite interesting and has stunning views of the surrounding areas. You can enter the castle grounds from a gate right on the territory of the hotel.

The location is great but getting to it was tricky, no road signs and the map in booking.com leads you in a wrong direction. Also, some of the staff in the hotel was speaking russian and did not switch when we asked. One hour in spa center is so little that you don't have time to relax and chill.

A very nice location and amenities, very modern saunas and spa. The food was good and tasty, even though the choice is not wide. Overall, the impression is positive, but service needs improvements.

Too much visual interference when sitting at outdoor spaces/restaurant/bar from parking cars all around that spoils the natural environment. Unlike the restaurant, breakfast is rather average and no a la carte menu to order from.

Very peaceful location, excellent spa facilities, great food at the restaurant, decent shower pressure and comfortable beds, proper room furnishing.

the food is not as good as expected and the service at the restaurant also very different from the receptionists (that are extremely good)

The only two things I didn't like were: 1) location. There's a REALLY bad road guiding towards this hotel. And the hotel is located on the very top of a mountain. So be VERY careful when driving. I hope, guys, you'll fix the road. Your place just should be easy to reach. It worths it, really. And place the signs/guiding tables by the road - costs nothing, but saves you nerves & time, especially at night :) . It'll really help you. 2) Expensiveness. But, I guess, this is a temporary thing. As the room cost me only twice as an apartment in the city(Uzgorod), but that apartment was six times smaller & with almost no facilities comparing to this hotel. This is due to war in Ukraine, unfortunately. I hope you'll adjust your prices when the war ends. With your exceptional quality, when you do proper advertisement & marketing & built road with signs - you'll get enough customers & cash flow, no doubt. I'm writing this just to help you become even better. And I wish you good luck, sincerely!

Just really nice & quiet place with exceptional facilities. I travelled with my father who's a disabled person. And there was a room for such kind of persons! Everything is exceptionally clean. Breakfasts are awesome. Blackout curtains. Really quiet place in the woods. Friendly & helpful staff. Nice territory. Nice hotel & room interior. This place really impressed me. This place is what all hotels should look like ;) Nice work, guys! And separate thanks to those who were picking shampoos, shower gels & soaps: these scents... I'll remember them for rest of my life, I guess, so nice they were(so if you visit this hotel don't hesitate using shower stuff - it's really nice). And needs to be said, this was THE ONLY hotel with available rooms 'right away in the night' during war, in the very Western Ukraine - Zakarpattya. So they managed to get it working & available to save people in need. For price, of course, but really save.

Sauna for extra money looked odd to me, not sure if the hotel has the right positioning. no children playgrounds made me think I won’t come back with my children but rather look for something more family friendly
