We stayed in the same suite two weeks earlier. Then the room's air conditioning drained all the condensation water onto the couch, which was an extra bed. The same fault was still there two weeks later. This is the hotel's only minus. Otherwise, a very good and affordable and clean hotel to stay at

The hotel was really clean and modern and close to the center. There was a free and guarded parking lot next to the hotel. The staff can't speak English, but they were really friendly and everything was arranged with sign language and Google translator.

There are no real things that we didn’t like, but there are 2 things that I would like to bring up. 1. Hotel is located on the second floor, and they also have a club, located on the first floor. We were not staying during weekend, so the club wasn’t working. We were also told that we wouldn’t hear anything when it is working. I mean, if sound isolation is good, that might actually be true. But the entrances to the hotel and the club are the same, so you might interfere with some *clubbers* on your way to your room on weekends. 2. Cost - as for Americans, $40 per night for such a nice room, and in such a good location was absolutely amazing deal. But for Lutsk, $40 per night might be expensive for some people.

Location - based next to the shopping center, in the center of a city or close to the center, I guess:) Facilities - many restaurants, stores, cafes are within 5-10 minutes of walking. Interior design and cleanliness- very nice, modern design. Super clean. The bathroom is great and actually has a bathtub that is new, modern and clean :) Stuff - helpful and friendly. Our lunch was late by about 10 minutes (9:10 instead of 9:00) and they apologized for it with a bottle of champagne! There is nothing much to say after this, the experience in this hotel was really good.

Everything was on the top level - exceeded our expectations. Big, clean room. Despite the fact that somewhere under our hotel room were night club, sound isolation was excellent. Very good Wi-Fi. Very helpful and kind staff. Delicious breakfast.

Very polite girls at receptiom. We arrived late in night and they kindly provided us dinner at restaurant in local night club restaurant. The dinner was very good. Appartments are really large and comfortable. If you need anything girl at receptiin kindly helped. Breakfast was excellent. At first floir there is karaoke disco club, but the rooms are quit and you don’t hear any music.

The only inconvenience is the night club and the karaoke, which are located under the hotel. I didn't find it to be extremely disturbing, but I suppose it could be an issue for some people.

Hotel is located on the first floor of the mall. I found the staff to be friendly and helpful. The rooms are new, spacious and nicely decorated.

Very clean place right in the centre of town. For 900UAH they even have a breakfast included AND a parking place. You literally can't find a better "value for money" if you are looking hotel in Lutsk.
