Initial confusion of having to pay extra bed for child, as at booking time I had tried contacting the hotel to make sure it was child friendly. Got no reply back so was surprised that had to pay extra for this.

Other than above everything else was really good. Got a great start to day with a nice delicious breakfast. My gf and especially her son enjoyed using the swimming pool and area around it. Was nice also to have the beach only a few minutes away, got to enjoy some nice family time with my gf's son. Would also like to thank the staff who where all great and made our stay very comfortable.

At beginning a little misunderstanding because it was a birthday with privacy, after we learned that it was a children’s Birthday. The team proposed very good alternative. Thanks for your comprehension !

Cosy and luxurious little hotel with very friendly and helpful staff . The decoration of the hotel is very at my taste . Mediteranean atmosfear with nice clear stones and marmors . Very nice swimming pool . We feel like at house !

The personal was not providing any information until you asked them. The prices in the mini-bar are hilarious - 4-5 times the original price, seriously?

The room was good. Clean, comfy, and what's very important - quiet. The room service (and restaurant) was very friendly and provided everything we need. The food from the restaurant was tasty.

It was quite far from the busy downtown in comparison to other hotels. We were going to pick the otrada which is half price but it the Prada had no gym, plus the premier was much more romantic looking. If you are looking for s place that has the beach and a few restaurants close by thisnis great but not the type of olace yiu would want to be going out at night without the use of a taxi. Although price of taxi is not too bad. The one complain I had is that I got sick and needed to cut my vacation 1 day short but management did not care to help. Because of this I will never come back. They have the power to make that decision and they chose not too. Also no one smiles at the hotel so we felt that they did not like us. Food was boring and repetitive compared to all other hotels we habe stayed at as well. Although it was still fresh. Coffee was very good. Nothing to do at this hotel as it's extremely quiet. Usually for an expensive hotel there should be something. I would have given all 5 stars if they helped me with a refund for the 1 day I did not use. To me that shows they only care about money and not the guest. If they refund me that 1 day I did not use I will update this entire review. But I'm thinking they most likely will not.

Super nice hotel design, great architecture. Clean very nice furniture. This place has every corner well thought out so you can tske amazing photos. Every day this olace is used for weddings and wedding photos. Pool is nice and clean and the whole outside feels pristine. Staff does help you call for taxies and will help with what you need as soon as possible amd very professionally (just as long as your not asking for a refund for a day because you got sick because they definitely dont want to help you with that) The gym you get to use is part of the stella hotel which is an extremely professional and huge gym with new machines.
