I can't say that I didn't like staying at the hotel Venice

My only real issue was the lack of a toothbrush among the amenities (I left mine behind). These are not real "cons" but rather something you may need to consider: The hotel is about 10 minutes away from the M-21 freeway. The restaurant is closed at 10 pm. But there are some snacks at the reception.

The hotel is located in a gated community, and this is why, probably, it was very quiet through the night. The property seems to be new and in a very pristine condition. I would go ahead and speculate it was supposed to be a guest house but was repurposed. The room was clean and big, the bed was comfortable, and the shades were very dense so I managed to sleep till 10 am which is rare to me even at home. The staff was very friendly. WiFi was fast and stable. The breakfast was fine.

The room had a huge french window which had to be covered with curtains, unless you could see inside the whole room.

Very friendly staff. The location is perfect for travellers who want an extra feeling of safety as it is in a rich residential area with a guarded entrance. We didn´t need, however we appreciated a very safe parking for our loaded van.

1. Jacuzzi was not working. 2. Sunroom was not working. 3. No tea/coffee set in the room (we took the most luxurious room). 4. Cat hair on dishes (1-2 hairs, probably fell from worker's shirt). We didn't mind, but some people are allergic.

Peeled wallpaper throughout the room, cobwebs on the ceiling, a bunch of cables sticking out, transparent entrance door to the room, refrigerators next to the entrance to the room, kitchen in the next room, horrible beds, hidden light switches, torn baguettes, and decorative pipes.

the blankets were very small, pillows were the cheapest ones, lumped and impossible to fluff up. The room we stayed in was next door to sauna room, which is weird. the SPA area should be separated from guests rooms.

I didn't like to room they placed me in. It was large room with the king bed, sofa and two tables installed along with the large snooker table in the middle. This room was located right above the garage (you hear when automatic doors are opening/closing), under the rood, and had 4 small windows. I also didn't like that it was not a fridge in the room, to keep a cold bottle of water during hot summer days. Next time I would definitely refuse from this 'above-garage' room and prefer normal room on the first florr with balcony.

It was third time I stayed in this hotel, and I like its location and green territory with the pool a lot. Private parking is also very good, as well as secured location. Breakfast was good as usual, and staff is polite and helpful with every need.
