How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

During our 3 night stay our room was never cleaned up. The only service we got - changing a towel on specific request. Also shower cabin in our room (main building, 3rd flor, #11) requires repair and renewal.
This is my 3rd stay in Wish. Previously I used to stay in Villas. This is the first time I stayed in main building with restaurant, indoor swimming pool and spa. Although it is more convenient to visit restaurant and access spa when you stay in main building (everything happens indoor), to my opinion, Villas are more comfortable. I like indoor swimming pool, well-equipped gym and spa with variety of saunas and facilities. All these makes Wish a perfect choice for retreat in any time of a year.

The breakfast was great. Everything in the restaurant was delicious. The pool, and the spa area - are all excellent. The room was spacious, with a big bathroom.

Prices -- but, I'm not pity for that -- everything costs these money.

the restaurant closed at 9pm on Sunday and I had no idea so I had no dinner that night and they’re quite expensive for everything

People drinking wine just near the sauna. It withdraws an atmosphere of relax.
Variety of spa is great. Warm pool on the yard is perfect. Long swimming pool is good to spend some time in.

The sound isolation really poor. Basically I've heard "action" from the apartment from other side of the wall. Even the wall was vibrating :). Seem like there was mirror placement of bed there(apartments 4 and 5).
Nice cuisine, prices are affordable for such place. Big parking, nice yard. It was not crowded at all (October). Nice accessibility for disabled (I travelled on crutches). Perfect water facilities. Place to swim, relax. Great training gym.

Keep in mind that now half of the saunas were not working. Also, never stay at the hotel during the rain. The rainfall dropped VERY loudly on the windows so that it was totally impossible to sleep.

Room was not serviced in a timely manner nor well - glassware left unwashed, shampoos not replaced etc.

Small room. Bad sound isolation. Small menu in restaurant. Lots of meat, but no fish on breakfast.
Staff is extremely nice. Cosy place. Great swimming pool.

I was most impressed with the manager. This gentleman is a real professional, and asset to WISH. I have never submitted a review before, but in this case, it is well deserved. He is punctual, polite, well versed in English, and a delight to deal with. He, is what made my hotel stay a delight. I wish him much success in the future, as I am sure he will carry WISH to even greater success.

Expand the dinner menu to include several options as the resort is the only available restaurant for guests. We have seen nice videos of food options but when we ordered, they said not available.
Nice rooms, comfortable beds, professional staff. The staff ultimate goal is to have the guests had a well remembered, enjoyable stay. Mrs Natalie is very caring from the day we arrived until we left. Spa is perfect.

Problem with entering territory after 23:00, even though I preliminary informed administrator. Security made us wait for 30 min until internal reception has confirmed. At the same time, none of the phone numbers did not answer and I used the last chance called to the restaurant nearby and asked to push someone in the hotel.

The location is in a beautiful picturesque place, very safe and quiet. However you need a car, anything you may need is far away and to call a taxi is challenging as there are no parked there.
Great place to stay with family! Nice Spa facilities. Kids enjoyed a lot of pools and playgrounds. The staff was friendly and very helpful. Highly recommended!
