A few improvements can be made.

The hosts Joseph and Rebecca are exceptional people. They drve us to and fro to our convention venue every day despite it being late at night at times. The staff were friendly and polite. I'd definitely stay with them again. May they be abundantly blessed.

Absence of Tv in my room. Its better to include the facility for the purpose of getting information and enteriment when guest is in the room.

Location of property was very good to me, queit and good environment. Very good hospitality of the staffs from airport pick up to and fro. Transport service from the hotel to venue of meeting was excellent.

We had 3 awful nights sleep here. The staff don't ask noisy guests to be quiet even at 1am in the common area. We had to message to ask them to do it. There were guests and staff coming and going and banging doors late at night and early in the morning. We could hear every toilet flush in the place. Some guests had TV's up really loud at all hours. When we arrived we were put in a small, dark room which was not what we booked. We were tired so we didn't realize until we were in bed. We were moved the next morning to the room we booked but only after we asked. We were pretty sure they were going to leave us there if we said nothing. The bath was cracked.

The airport pick up and drop off is fantastic...even though they forgot to pick us up when we arrived and we had to call them. Late breakfast and check out were very nice. The wifi was good. The room we booked had a lovely balcony and was quite spacious but we didn't get it until the 2nd day.

It is quite a long walk to Victoria Mall and other locations. Take boda boda or taxi.

Clean and comfortable rooms, nice courtyard and excellent breakfasts. Friuits, tea, coffie and snacks available all day. Not so close to Entebbe main attractions. Very friendly staff. Pick up or drop off on airport is free of charge.

Did not get the room I booked (double with garden view balcony). Instead got a spartan room at the back. However, we arrived at midnight and left after breakfast so it did not really matter.

Airport pickup was waiting for us. Breakfast are on the veranda was nice. Staff was very friendly.

Real coffee (brewed, filtered etc rather than the instant drink processed from the coffee beans) would be nice.

Breakfast was minimalist but adequate. The location is great for proximity to airport., but a challenge for others to find.

Virginia waited for us in the airport for hours: the plain arrived late, our luggage was lost, we spend a lot of time in the officce. But she was there, outside, at nigth, waiting for us. We are very grateful with her and the driver.

It was disappointing that there was no hot water available. We were so exhausted after our long journey that we couldn't be bothered to question this.

We had excellent communication with the hotel. The owner and daughter were at the airport to pick us up.

The room did not have a fridge and a bed side table. The food and service was great 👍 in The tv was not working.

Jesus is Lord. This was a wonderful stay and I met some very nice people at the hostel. It was wonderful to have the free airport shuttle and so be picked up at 4 am from the airport. The breakfast in the morning was also good. The area of the hostel is very quiet and pleasant. I think my Lord Jesus was very kind to grant me to stay in this pleasant hostel.

Had a family funeral and had people come from the UK and Kenya. Met us all at the airport, even some of our party that arrived at 2am. Very friendly and helpful. Plus away from the hustle and bustle of town. But close enough to all amenities and sites.

Very nice oasis before or after your flight. Comfy rooms and nice staff. Very convenient with the free transport to and from the airport. They drive 24/7. Shopping within walking distance.
