It is quite a drive from Jinja and we couldn’t find the place without asking locals. There wasn’t much available for drinks or food.

The cottage was really nice, super comfortable bed and the view was stunning, and breakfast was really good.

The place is a bit difficult to find and access. There were also constant power outages. No WiFi.

The person who owns or manages the place needs a lesson in customer service. She was not present for my stay but most communication was with her as per her request. But she does not reply or responds to calls. Once I was stuck outside the property for 20 mins with no one to let me in. no response or apology. Taxi driver had to jump the gates to get the staff to open up. I seriously advice for the owner/staff to offer a pick up service from Jinja Town. Needs better management.

This place is exceptionally beautiful. The views of the Nile are breathtakingly stunning. The privacy and authenticity is unmatchable and Lawrence who works there is the best. The breakfast was nice and served on a viewing platform overlooking the Nile River and lots of greenery. Truly magical experience. Very remote and private. Loved the chickens, ducks and Turkey just roaming about.

It’s a perfect place to chill and relax by the nature. The resort gives a phenomenon view over the River Nile. There are many activities that one can enjoy eg; boat riding, tubing, swimming or reading book

The food is a little pricey and also the absence of a menu makes the food choices limited!! Sometimes power would go off in the rooms yet other rooms were connected!

The location is superb Quietly nestled on the shores of the Nile, the breakfast although a little pricey, was tasty and was in reasonable amounts! Customer Care and Guest experience is commendable!

Did not honor my reservation or what paid for .Got a second rate room with missmatched shower sandals and left over soap on the shower floor. Was threatened by other annoying,drunk guests but onsite mgmt would do nothing.Finally security was called.Guests continued drinking at 0900 in the morning No signage, no lights, electricity never worked in room to even charge a cell phone. Having a noisy music party of 50 people and then also renting rooms to guests who want to relax and have privacy is a conflict of interest.. Basically you took my money and did nothing in return..

I was glad when I left...Was really a chaotic property full of lies.

The staff are all right, however, the facilities are terrible! No power in the sockets and the water heater in the shower does not work. We stayed a few hours without light and almost had our dinner in the dark. The property is so remote, we had problems moving to the city. The cab hire they got us was not reliable, he arrived 2 hours later than agreed and we missed several appointments this was in addition to extorting us since he knew we had no other option. We stayed one night despite paying for 3 nights. Management was not even concerned, they didn't reach out to find out why we chose not to return.

IT IS NOT IN JINJA, it is well over half an hour on a road barely passable by normal car. IT IS NOT WHERE IT IS MARKED ON THE BOOKING. COM MAP so this was significant as we needed to be in Jinja itself for work. I heard others also booking based on that map complained. It has no board to say where it is, we had to phone several times to find the entrance through a locked gate. There was no electricity or power when we arrived, but this was not the fault of this place, it was a local power cut, but difficult in such a rural area.

Nice river view, with steep steps to the River Nile, BUT NOT IN JINJA. The huts are quite cute, but we didn't use them as there was no power. Great breakfast, but didn't realise it cost extra. If it was a holiday, it would be great, but as it is deceptive on the map, this is not appropriate for our needs.
