The bathroom was same level as the rest of the room, so when I had the shower on full power, there was a risk of water from the bathroom running into the bedroom. The bathroom hole didn't take water as fast as it came from the shower. It would be helpful if instructions for operating the oven were provided in the room. we struggled a little to get the oven going, but when we called reception they sent someone straight away.

The room exceeded my expectations, Breakfast could do with more choice, it was good but not exceptional, The food that was provided for breakfast tasted amazing but they could do with adding more choice. I did not visit the restaurant. The room I was given exceeded my expectations, had an oven which was very helpful with me having travelled with a 1 year old that ate at awkward times of the day. It will also be helpful if there would be a flat iron in the room for conviniency. The outdoor breakfast restaurant was very good, it was lovely sitting outside having breakfast every morning.

Room was huge, staff nice and helpful, restaurants were open and accessible at all hours we wanted/needed, and complimentary breakfast was amazing!! We left feeling full and happy. Great hotel great value.

The bathroom was clean but there was a smell coming from there. The staff being made to wear masks at all times was disturbing to see - felt sorry for them. Little disappointed we had to leave the pool early as they needed to clear the area for a private event.

Stopped here for one night but paid for late checkout before flying back home which was totally worth it. Rooms are newly updated - lovely decor with a balcony overlooking the hotel gardens. The hotel is modern, lively and has lots of greenery. Breakfast buffet was amazing at the on site Asian Fusion restaurant, also ended up having dinner here too the next day as we really loved the quality & ambience of the place. Very helpful friendly staff working here.

room in the 3rd floor and no alivator, was really tough, not only for me but always for the boy carrying the bags the guy at the reception was trying to cheat in bill checkout he asked for a different figure than the rate agreed, and luckily I got the bill before checking out to prepare the money and I knew the actual figure, he tried to say rate issue and bla bla bla, I surprised him with the bill that I have and told him this is not my issue, so he went silent and I paid as agreed in beginning. take care from this if you pay in local currency

i prefer silent kind of room but unfortunately my room was near the bar and in the night lots of sound from bar for party but that fine, as they have changed my room from standard to deluxe so its ok

room they gave was deluxe which was specious, good facilities and very nice, food of this hotel is amazing, i tried thai and indian food and all was really great, break fast i can say was ok, not too good and not too bad, however they have arranged food for me what i want, they have tried their level best so this is good part,

We hosted a workshop at the facility and came to realize that there were no ramps or elevators available for participants that are wheelchair bound.

Renovated and very modern, light, friendly, and natural-like design and facilities in the standard rooms with well-integrated bathroom. Mosquito net protection for the sliding door and the nice balcony. Diverse breakfast buffet with very friendly staff in the restaurant on the compound.

My only criticism is the poor range of TV channels in the room

I spent two weeks at the Fairway and greatly enjoyed my stay The location is great and the staff are fantastic. The food at the onsite Asian Fusion restaurant is superb and I spent several fun evenings at the Coco Pool Bar. I look forward to staying at the Fairway again in the near future :)

Restaurant service was not great in the Asian fusion place. Servers were not super attentive and one accidentally charged us for an entire bottle of wine when I had only a glass, and then took a very long time to resolve it (she seemed unsure of what to do and returned with a funny excuse, which wasn't necessary). Bathroom was mostly clean, the floor not entirely. The view from the room/hallway was not appealing, which comes from being situated in the middle of a very busy part of the city - some rooms will simply not have a nice view. Concierge was not helpful when we asked where KLM office was located (something a hotel concierge probably ought to know).

Food in the Asian fusion restaurant was great. We ate a mix of Ugandan and Indian - both were excellent. Servers at the poolside bar/restaurant were great. Room was clean and very comfortable. The front desk staff are very friendly. Cats lounging in the lobby were friendly and fun (but not everyone likes cats). The ground floor environment is beautiful! Staff arranged on-site COVID testing for us - so convenient!

The whole staff was friendly and their hospitality was fantastic! I had all my business meetings at their facilities and their services was best! For some reason I am vegan and the food so delicious including the breakfast buffet!

There was no gym. I was told it was under refurbishment.

The room was nice and quiet with a firm bed and lots of hot water in the shower. I enjoyed excellent service at the on-site spa. The staff was friendly and flexible. The restaurant is excellent for all meals (good cocktails as well) at reasonable prices. I went to dinner one night at a nearby five star hotel and the food there was not nearly as good as at the Fairway Hotel & Spa... and it was a lot more expensive.

Very nice hotel in a good area of Kampala city. Rooms are nice and clean. Breakfast is good, you can have different types of eggs, fresh fruits, fresh juices and of course cooked food. The restaurant Asia Fusion is nice and very good, Indian and Asiatic food very very good! The personnel is very kind.

The gardens can be a little noisy because of nearby traffic, but nothing too bad.

The attention from the staff makes this place special. You are never disturbed but always well looked after with a smile. I did't even have to report a small issue with the shower, it was fixed before I even reported it. Breakfast is diverse and very good quality. The restaurant area is my favourite place, so quiet under the trees, and very breezy.

Restaurant food should serve more Ugandan cuisine, local food. Check in and check out felt slow. We should have been asked on the morning of check out if we needed help with our bags from the room. Bell person taking us to the room should've had a torch to guide the way as it was dark and the path is not well lit and is uneven. The pool cabana beds need cleaning, they had stains. Towels for the pool should be readily & easily accessible provided immediately on arrival.

Rooms were nice, if perhaps a little on the small side. Pool and garden areas were brilliant & beautiful. DJ Julian was amazing, playing great music! Beds very comfortable. Restaurant interior design is very cute. Staff were helpful & brought us another mattress in the room, a little slow but they brought it. We received help with out bags to the room.

There wasn't a whole lot to dislike. My room was right outside the exit, near the street. So it was very loud. Also, they didn't have much cash to make change.

The shower was amazing and the location is hard to beat.

My room, facing the road, was unfortunately very noisy - there seems to be a vent on top of the sliding door, opening up onto the balcony, which one cannot close - so all road/ street noise is heard. This is rather annoying when it persists all through the night.

The room was spacious and neat - modern. Bed was comfortable. WIFI was excellent. Bathroom was also clean and spacious. Staff were attentive and hospitable. Great to be greeted by everyone. Airport shuttle driver was welcoming and made the transit comfortable and enjoyable. Asian restaurant dinners were excellent.

The carpets and pillows smelt a bit dusty and it activated my allergies 😑
