The loud base that kept going until 4am. It was just to loud for me and my wife to go sleep.

It is a wonderful hotel, however it seems they have opened some sort of club next door which bangs out music to 4am. For this reason alone I would not stay again unless the club moves elsewhere.

Water pressure in the shower in the bathroom was low, took time to get wet. Could not lock the door to the balcony. Have no more to say here.

Its a basic hotel that provides me want I want. Location is ok. Staff are very good and service minded. The manager provided me with an excellent wireless wifi connection which was highly appreciated me for some urgent work I had to complete.

There was a dog in a nearby house that barked and made noise throughout the night. The bathroom I saw online was different from what I saw in the room.

The staff were kind and very supportive. I got a free pick up from the airport, although the vehicle broke down in the middle of the road, appreciate the fact the they came to pick me at the airport without any cost on me. I enjoyed the breakfast.

Arrived at 11:45 couldn't get anything to eat even after they had promised that the kitchen will still be open. No inroom dining option. Booked for a lake view room but had unfinished construction view. No bathtub and room ammenity was bathing soap. Booked for 2 people only one towel was in the room and one pair of slipper. Wifi worked like for only one hour.

Location is amazing and near to the airport. They offered me airport drop off complimentary couldn't use it though. The lady who served breakfast was polite and the lady at reception in the morning (forgot their names)

I didn't like the fact that even when I arrived after midnight, I was asked to check out before 10am...so I had to book an extra night to get rested. Also I didn't like the breakfast that is included. The food items are limited to juice and tea. No phone in the room, and the TV isn't connected to the channels...

I like the proximity to the airport, especially when it comes to late night flight arrivals into entebbe international Airport. The rooms are clean.

The breakfast was really nice. Fresh Fruits juice was served. The staff was really frexibly , I couldn't eat breakfast because of morning flight , but they provided meals in the evening instead of breakfast. It took 5minutes to Lake victoria, I could enjoy taking a walk around hotel.

reception staff not always available as not always at desk. Asked every day for an airport transfer to be booked and on the morning of departure had to wake up a security guard to find the driver.

large spacious room up on the top floor with balcony overview of the lake. good on-site pizza restaurant and delivered to the room. Helped to arrange covid test for flying and eventual airport transfer.

1.Breakfast did not have much variaty,how can they serve only tea,no coffee or any other beverages. Improvements needed on breakfast offered. In the past the breakfast was great. 2.On Saturday evening and Sunday morning,they hold church services in one of the hotel rooms areas, too much noise to guests who want to enjoy quiet moments, it's very unfair for the hotel to do such. I will not recommend it to friends who want to enjoy quiet moments. Generally, the survices offered at the hotel have declined of recent.

Offered to prepare our coconut. And the shuttle service was available on time. The driver was welcoming.

Just one thing. Thé Guy from thé hôtel drive us to Uganda reptiles village. 8km and Come back. Hé was 30minutes late. Thé Price that will bé annoncrd by thé staff was 30000 shillings. So thé Guy when WE came back Ask for 30dollars !!!! it was not correct. To compare 5km to go to thé airport costs us 15000 shillings. A shame for this hôtel.

TV had limited channels. It suited our purpose as an overnight stay for airport in the morning. We were only there for 12 hours so was appropriate for what we needed.

We wanted a location close to the airport with free shuttle. Wifi was good. Air con good. Staff nice. We didn't have breakfast as we had a very early flight so can't comment.
