While we were driving in the dark, my taxi had a hard time finding the hotel so i would recommend requesting a shuttle ahead of time.

I arrived very late at night. The hotel was very close to the airport and the staff was available to give me a key.

We had to ask for the room to be cleaned. Facilities and room not the best of standards. Could do with updating.

This is definately more like a 2.5* to 3* and not more. Very basic and I would say very pricy for what they offer.

The breakfast is sometimes a little bit sparse.

This is the third time we stay at Entebbe Palm Hotel, obviously it means we are very happy with it. The hotel is strategically located in Entebbe, the family room is perfect for our small family and very reasonably priced, the beautiful garden has a really nice atmosphere and the food, especially the Thai dishes, never lets you down. The massage service is the icing on the cake. We will definitely visit again as this is a perfect little weekend getaway place from Kampala.

Is more of a place men come to stay for work so would say its an accommodation for companies, for there employees to stay when in uganda,

Food 2 stars menu poor ,over priced ,its not a hotel its a lodge so over priced for a lodge is not a 4 star more like 3 ,rooms cosy and big windows don't open ,

Misleading room description. We have chosen a room with "a terrace with garden views" and "pool view". There was no terrace at all ( "sorry, rooms with terrace are not available anymore") and the "view" was to the parking lot, while we had to round the building and cross a courtyard to get to the pool. No cleaning/refreshing in the room during our stay of 2 nights. Value for the money was still ok, but not what we expected when doing the booking.

Staff serving could be courteous. The food took long time coming. There was never any explanation.... maybe there was a language barrier. I am vegetarian and asked for fried tomatoes & toast. She brought 1 slice of tomato!! Compare that with people scoffing sausages and bacon!!! My husband got the smallest portion of baked beans!

You can get similar services for less in Entebbe. Pool is surprisingly small.

Nice hotel in a quiet area with restaurant and spa on the property. Staff was very friendly and accomodating, beds are big and comfortable. The Thai food and Thai massage were great!

The security in the complex is excellent, but I think the rooms would benefit from a small safety box to store important documents whilst out and around town. Just helps for peace of mind.

The room was a good size. The owners and staff were very friendly and happy to fix any little issues with no fuss. The restaurant serves really good authentic Thai food and is definitely worth a visit even if you are not staying the night. The gardens are really well maintained and make a peaceful environment.

room needed redecorating. TV only seemed to have one channel. Staff never seemed willingly to offer the menu! in every other respect they were very helpful.
