Palm Hotel, should add a locally food menu for breakfast on their menu card. Other than that all was fantastic and delicious.

Fresh fruit and juice. Hotel location is fabulous for relaxation. Also the staff members are genuinely helpful especially Joseph who really took very good care of us during our stay. Nothing was much for him, Bravo 👏🏿 Joseph and to all your colleagues. Keep up the good job.

The bed had a topper but it was still a bit firm for me although it might be considered great by those that lie a firm bed. Female restaurant staff were not at all friendly which made it seem like our presence was an imposition. Initial greetings as we arrived also felt like we were an imposition but improved after a lady showed us around.

The food was beyond exceptional. Kids loved the pool. Our room was HUGE and the shower was out of this world. HIGHLY recommend.

Shower was quite tired looking and no bath mat. Also no cot available for our baby.

The mattress was so hard! Room had no bin. We were 4 occupants as we travelled as a family. But room had only 2 towels. We had to ask for extra towels and also toilet paper. The TV was also not working which was a big disappointment for the kids. Our last visit had been excellent hence our return. We hope next time the rooms will be better.

Unlike our first visit, this time the rooms were not very comfortable. Looked like the room hadnt been prepared for us as we had to ask for toilet paper and linen to cover all occupants. The TV wasnt working either. The staff was friendly and helpful and breakfast is great. Next time please be sure to prepare the room well in advance.

Hot water struggled in the shower. Not aesthetically pleasing area/decor.

Big room, very comfortable pillows, sorted out ordering us a taxi and it's close to the airport.

Staff are really helpful, good communication as arrived a day later than planned due to delayed flight and were still very accommodating and helpful. Arranged airport pick up which was very handy. Food and room were lovely too x

Pool is nice, but the water should be better maintained

Very nice place, good location and close to the airport. Nice and helpful staff. we always use Entebbe Plam hotel after arrival and before departure. They gave us a good and valuable airport transfer. Rooms are nice and clean

.The room was tired looking and walls had marks and was very dusty. Upon arrival we were met with overwhelming smell of insect repellent and loads of dead flies on the floor..and on the bed in the 1st room. We didnt use that room at all just stayed in 2nd bedroom. Had it not been because we travelled in from outside Kampala and had a very early flight I would have checked out. Receptionist was told and he did clean but that is not what I expected for 4* accommodation which is very expensive. Bathroom was ok but again very tired looking filthy stained toilet brush(get rid) shower is dirty looking because grouting..peeling paint. I didnt see any of the other facilities so cant comment. I paid at reception amd it was swarming with some type of flies..it was horrible! Would not recommend and would not stay again.

Location close to Entebbe airport which was the reason we booked as flight was 4am.

The environment was warm and quiet. The staff were so nice and welcoming. I particularly interacted with Gerald, George and Brian during my stay. Had an amazing 😍 experience overall!

Restaurant dining outside is outside near the pool - beautiful location! All the meals were excellent. We enjoyed our breakfast, lunch and dinner at the easy to access hotel restaurant. Service was friendly, fast and chef was accommodating for my daughter's food allergies.

Very helpful staff, lovely bar and restaurant. Close to hotel, arranged an airport transfer at 3am for a very reasonable rate.
