The road leading to the property is quite narrow and difficult to navigate, which is the host's fault but once there it is very nice.

Everyone from security to the host (Cathy) were very friendly and helpful. Laundry was done for us at no extra charge. When we asked to check out late that was also no problem. I will definitely recommend this place.

The mosquitoes were too much It should be worked on U need gardens for your customers to sit outside and enjoy You need to put mirrors in the bathroom too

The roads to the place need sign posts

It's really a nice place,with a hospital manager,with an excellent hygiene I mean a home away from home that you can't think about checking out when you check in

The Road to the place is completely pathetic. Infact it spoils your car. This is a very big issue with the place. The entrance at the gate is also not friendly for cars that aren’t 4*4 because it’s very raised and also damages the car. A lot of items need fixing in the room. Some things are hanging. Sometimes the internet is very bad. And power goes out every once in a while.

The staff were friendly and kind. Very welcoming. The pool was also good and regularly cleaned. The place is quiet but has kids once in a while playing around. The tv was a smart tv and had free Netflix They cleaned the room when requested at no extra cost. They provided robes when requested. Towels were clean and good. The pool area is beautiful at night and they let us swim.

Google maps can easily miss-lead you if you don't stick to the main road, the last km to the facility is not good ..... Keep up the good work and ignore background noise from haters

Everything is a scam. Booking.com u need to visit this place and see exactly that it's a total scam. I had to threaten them to call my lawyer after I was locked in the gate. The place is not what they advertise . I even took videos to show it. The bedsheets are dirty. The swimming pool is near the garbage place which is littered outside. The air coolers don't function( also too noisy and out of order...no repairs have been done). The shower water is almost not pouring. There is no hot water.running for shower. The local number advertised for customer calls keeps ringing but no one picks. Old chairs, old dirty towels. It's a scam place run by a Ugandan woman based in the UK. Very horrible. It's near a pentecostal church....so expect noise....near a small vendor stall whose owner puts on a loud speaker for advertising her goods to customers early morning. The pool attedant was using the swimming water to clean the dirty sides of the pool at 7a.m when guests are supposed to be sleeping. Cleaning rugs are hung around the pool area. The bedsheets are old and out of white colour. Unfinished construction in the bathroom. Dirty old small-size cream towels( not white anymore) , Bedsheets and towels are changed every two days..... Horrible food....and they serve what the customer did not order for......!!!! Better to eat road side local food than food from this place. Horrible arrogant unethical young man attendant.( I guess he is the manager there , he maybe related the uk-based owner) . He speaks impolite to clients. The two girls attending to the place where one seems to be under-age(I guess she was the house keeper) didn't know what to do. But she was polite. There is no computer at the cociege. Absolutely a total scam. No one deserves such a scam place. Bad roads and very far from the entebbe road. No access to nearby amenities as advertised. It's in the poor area of Enteebbe. Not suite for holiday relaxation. If you have a car....

Absolutely horrible place. It's a total scam. The photos they advertise are not what is exactly on the site. The place is run by two young girls....and an arrogant youth boy who seems to be related to the owner. The swimming pool is accessible to the locals and its in the back yard near the garbage littered outside in a corner. Little running water, no hot water, cleanliness is minus zero, the owner is a local Ugandan resident in the UK who can't even remember a food order. Horrible horrible scam place. Poor maintainance and management. Total scam.

Accessing the place was difficult. The Google map was good but there was no signage at the place. Electricity went off and there was no backup power. Antiques style need some better finishing
