一開始進房間的時候就已是壞掉的吹風機，服務人員協助換了一支，結果依然是壞的，打電話過去請他再更換一支後，他表示希望可以有工作人員進入檢查插座跟吹風機，事實也證明確實前兩隻吹風機都是壞掉的。 上述情況都還可以接受，我們總共住了三晚，最後一晚時，發生一件非常令人不可置信的事情。我們在11點就寢後約莫12點聽到有人開我們的房門，並且把玄關的燈開起來，徑直的走了進來，看到我們後，對方感覺嚇到了，我們也嚇到了，他馬上走出去，我們也趕緊起床確認房門狀態，沒辦法完全上鎖只能先把門扣扣緊。 同時打電話給櫃檯確認情況，他說他不小心給錯房卡還是什麼的，反正這種極度違反隱私的事情竟然發生在四星級酒店，住在一晚近400美金的房間卻要整晚擔心會不會有人再度闖入，我認為入住這間酒店之前可以三思是否選擇。 When I first got into the room, there was already a broken hair dryer. After the phone call, the service staff helped us to change broken one, but the another one was still broken. After asking again him to change the third one, he expressed the hope that houseman staff could come in and check the socket and the hair dryer are available or not. It turns out that the first two hair dryers are indeed broken. All of the above was acceptable, we stayed here for total of 3 nights and at the last night something very unbelievable happened. After we went to bed at 11 o’clock, we heard someone opening the door of our room and turned on the light in the entrance, and walked in. As seeing us, the man was shocked , and we were also scared, he walked out immediately , we also hurriedly got up to check the status of the door. There was no way to entirely lock it, so we had to fasten the door buckle ASAP first. At the same time, we called the counter to confirm the situation. He said that he accidentally gave the wrong room card or something. Anyway, this kind of extreme violation of privacy happened in a four-star hotel. You have to worry all night when you stay in a room which costs nearly 400 US dollars a night. Will someone break in again, I think you can think twice before staying in this hotel.
