We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

UruguayThe rooms are not properly soundproof, and you can totally hear what's going on at the room next door. Both mornings we were woken up at 7am because of conversations in the next room. Also room curtains are not fully black outs.

BrazilRestaurant closes at night (7). The city doesn't have that much options during the night out of high season and even then, restaurants are always crowded. A great option would be to stay at the hotel and enjoy on demand services like cheese/bread board + wine. I would have enjoyed more if I had this option ... to stay at the hotel and relax with my family with good food and wine. Finally, would be great to have hammocks to relax and enjoy the vibe of the place.
Amazing breakfest and very confortable room. Near to the beach, beach service, jacuzzi with stunning view and bonfire during the night to warm up (the city is very windy and cold some times of the year). All in all, great experience.

United StatesThe pool that families can use is tiny, the adults only pool is three times its size. The beach service includes rusty chairs and umbrellas. The toilets all had trouble flushing. It took us 2 days for someone to bring us an AC remote….nothing was terrible, just definitely nowhere near what it should have been for the price per night

Brazil- Air conditioning was not working, we didn't complain because we were always in a hurry and the weather was good. - Bad cleaning: we leave the apartment for a party and we came back we found the room as we came back. No cleansing. We speak with the staff and we were told that they didn't do the cleaning because we were not there 🤔. Well I've never went to a hotel that "didn't do the cleaning because guests were not in the room".
The pool is beautiful, they also have some bicycles to use. Restaurant staff was great, they delivered breakfast to our room because we had to left earlier. Spa and bar was closed. I don't why they call it resort...
