Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The breakfast was great and a wide variety. The room was great and we could see a sunset!! The staff was outstanding and very helpful. I would highly recommend staying here.

Only good option for accommodations near the Carrasco International Airport. The hotel follows the US Hampton format.

The closest hotel to the airport, perfect if you are taking a plane early in the morning. It has a restaurant with a limited but ok variety of food. The waiter was excellent; front desk service, it so attentive. There is no concierge service so you have to carry your own luggage.

ChileMy wife forgot a cell charger at our room. We realised it at just 4 hours after, when we were already checking in at another Hilton hotel (Soro). They called Hampton asking if anyone found it and -hard to believe- Hampton staff couldn't provide a proper answer for 4 days!!! Because "the person in charge was not available", etc. At the end, they said that nobody found it, which is very hard to believe. Small detail that left us with a terrible feeling about their internal organization. Another bad issue is that the external lightinig also illuminate the inside of the rooms during the night, so ther is no chance of letting your curtains partially open (as I prefer) because you will be flooded with artificial light during the whole night!

Netherlandsi had a business meeting (alone, online) and asked for a room to have the video call. sadly they couldn’t provide me with one or i had to pay a 150 dollar extra for the meetingroom (for a 2 hour call). i didnt like the fact they dont have any restaurant in the hotel to have diner. only a food delivery service to eat in your room (on the bed). other than this our stay was great and comfortable. this place is better if you have your own car as there isnt much in the direct surrounding except the airport.
