Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United StatesThe hotel looks rundown. The carpeting is old, worn and appears to have years of foot traffic. The room could have used a comfortable chair to sit on and fresh paint is needed.
The breakfast was very nice and had a great selection. The staff were all wonderful and very helpful. I enjoyed the view of the water from my room. I felt safe at all times.

UruguayI was charged the full price to my credit card before arriving when they advertise that it can be paid in installments. When I asked if this could be changed they said that they could not and were quite rude about it.
The room (though the shower is tiny), the breakfast and location were very good.

Estoniawe stayed over week and we thought they change bed sheets when they get dirty but they probably did see it, at the end ,with translation, everything was fixed with minutes, so that is minor complain.
this hotel is amazing ,comfortable,good location, nice atmosphere, pretty nice breakfast also .At first we had small room with a street view, that was not our favorite, when we came back we chose room with a sea view and bigger room what is absolutely gorgeous.
