Friendly, centrally located hotel in Montevideo! Room was spacious, clean and comfortable, with all a nice set of amenities. The staff were all really helpful and personable. And the location is great for walking to the center and old town or catching a bus to the beach. Also a very fair value!

The staff were amazing and couldn't do enough for us. All spoke English which made everything easier for us, they allowed us to check in early and took care of our cases once we had checked out. The room was comfortable although quite small and had a nice little balcony.

The hotel is well located in the city center within walking distance of all the sites, &excellent bus &taxi service if needed. The staff had a great attitude & were very cordial & obliging. The manager was actively involved in the working of the hotel, & had a great rapport

Inside the closet floor was a bit dusty. I wish there was some instruction for the TV. The bar doesn’t exist at all.The property picture confuses about that. I was pretty sad about it since I needed nice wine after a long day.

The small kitchenette in our suite could use slightly better lighting (something like a led strip), as the prep space was hidden by the closet and separation between bedroom and kitchen areas and it made it darker. A slightly larger trash bin would also be appreciated, and slightly better quality toilet paper, as ours was quite thin.

Good, clean, well lit rooms where you feel very at home. We stayed for a few weeks so we got a chance to experience the good and the bad from the room, and it was an overwhelmingly good experience. The breakfast buffet is simple but filling and there's also a bar at the lobby, from which to order coffee and drinks later in the day. The location is absolutely unbeatable. It has extremely easy access to the major bus lines, taxi and Uber to move around the eastern side of the city, and is within walking distance of Plaza Independencia and la Ciudadela, as well as la Rambla. Above all, I loved the warm, personalized service the staff provided. This is not a large, branded hotel (it in fact felt more like a family operation), but its staff evidently take pride in the quality of their service. They were quick to offer information and assistance whenever we required it, but were very respectful and careful not to be intrusive.

Choose the best! Choose this friendly hotel! This hotel is reliable and you will be satisfied when you stay here! It is wonderful because attentive, conscientious, responsive employees work here, and the hotel management resolves any issues in favor of the guests. The rooms in this hotel are clean, comfortable, good beds, pillows, and most importantly it is quiet. A cot is provided for small children. The rooms have everything you need to prepare the dishes you are used to and that you love. The bathroom has shampoo, conditioner, and soap. We stayed here with our family, 2 adults 4 children. Everyone was happy and we will definitely come back here again. I love when business works for people!

Location was near the center and local restaurants. Nice to have a place with a small kitchen and a patio area. Breakfast was offered but we preferred to eat out or have in the unit. Walking distance to the center and shopping. Staff was very helpful.

Perfect place for a short stop in Montevideo. Most of all I'll remember the warm welcome I received at check in. Good value for money and great location in the city centre.

Nothing major, still 10 stars. But the curtains don’t quite close all the way, and in the morning the light shines right through the middle very bright. Walls are a little thin, the couple next door woke me up early in the morning with their headboard hitting my wall and I could hear their conversations. But still quiet enough to take all of my work calls and work in peace.

I loved the apartment, the location was pretty central. The wifi worked very well I took all my conference calls from it. Fully stocked kitchen. Staff is also friendly. You can buy your morning coffee right in the lobby they have an espresso machine.
