We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

ArgentinaThe breakfast could be better, have the basic and quality is not the best. Sink union leaks behind when used. The pool was not enabled. The elevator is too slow and old and takes a long time to arrive or is not available. At night it generates noise with the pulleys of the mechanism that is felt from the room.
The view is awesome of room 502. The sheets, towels and room were very clean. The shower and the water temperature is good. It exceeded my expectations, I thought it was going to be dirty and very bad because of the bad comments but the view, cleanliness and location is excellent.

UruguayThe hotel needs a new coat of paint. Parking is a bit limited, especially if you arrive later in the afternoon. The terraces could have an umbrella for shade.
The view from the rooms with the terraces is excellent in the morning and evening (a bit too sunny in the mid-afternoon). The breakfast has a good selection, but the coffee isn't the best. The people are very nice and helpful.

FranceThe worst checkin ever with a guy that told us first there were no room with terrace, then told us we should have arrived before to perhaps get one and then that there was a mistake in Booking. Basically paid for a room with terrace and never got it. Not even better from the administration who never apologized and basically told us to go jump in a lake for getting a refund for something we paid and never enjoyed. To avoid at all cost (no pun intended).
Could be cool if the staff and the administration had respected us and provided what we paid for.

TurkeyI booked a room with a terrace but when I went to the hotel I was told that the room didn't have a terrace but it was one of the superior rooms. The room wasn't superior at all. There wasn't any chairs to put the clothes on, not a table, nothing. Just the bed, refrigerator, tv and stained towels. Apparently many rooms are offered as "with terrace" but few of them have.

Nice location, the room walls have a lot of glass, so the view of the sea is pleasant. The bathroom had a tube; which was a good extra. The staff is kind and they provide you some parking slots, if you need it. The hotel also provides a good breakfast.

I was already traveling to the hotel when I received the message, so I had to stop driving, to find and book another hotel, just 2 hours from arriving, and already at night. Really bad experience.

United StatesThe room was dirty, there was only a top sheet placed over the bare mattresses which seems unhygienic. The toilet seat was torn up, we had to stick our finger in goo to even flush it because there wasn’t a proper button. We killed a huge mosquito and a cockroach in our room. Honestly, we were worried we would get bit or something would happen at night. I guess we did get what we paid for, a poor room for a very cheap price. I recommend spending a bit more and staying somewhere cleaner and more comfortable. I would not stay again.
The lobby area is nice and the hotel is located at the end of the Rambla in front of the Marina, which is a nice view. The staff were super friendly and excellent!

Uruguaythe lack of enough personnel showed in the insufficent cleaning. found rest of cigarettes in my room, thats inadmissible. Cleanliness in general was poor, hairs in bathrooms and beds :( To many problems with water filtrations and leaking in the walls in common areas. Walls in the rooms where affected by similar problems, not leaking but moist walls. Very disapointing. Breakfast was not good, just barely passable.
location is espectacular, possibly the best location to stay at in Piriápolis, and I've been there many many times. The view of the harbour, city and beach is awesome. Just outside the hotel you're walking in a beautiful place. The staff was extra nice and hard working, although very limited in number unfortunately
