Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomI had misunderstood the online description and assumed we'd have our own terrace and/or balcony (they are shared). The downstairs rooms are less attractive than the upstairs ones because they don't get direct light (but that probably makes them cooler).
This is a proper family guesthouse. Abdullah and his wife, son, and grandchildren are friendly and welcoming. The room has a charming terrace with oleanders where you can watch the sun disappear. There is an extremely generous and very nice breakfast. The hotel is very quiet and in a really attractive part of Bukhara where you can still get a sense of the traditional city, and not all the historic buildings have been over-restored. We loved it.

A really great hotel in the historic centre of Bukhara! We stayed in a spacious, clean, comfortable room; the staff was very helpful and arranged transfer both from railway station and to railway station at night, at an affordable price; there was a really nice breakfast buffet with Uzbek and Eastern European food; the hotel is very close to Lyabi Hauz which is the very centre of tourist life in Bukhara. Finally, the staff was responsive before our arrival when we messaged them regarding station pickup. Much recommended :)

This is a very cozy mini-hotel in the historical center of Buxoro. We liked the cleanliness of the rooms, breakfast, and service. The host of the hotel greeted us with hospitality, offered tea with Eastern sweets, and helped us with calling a taxi and searching for a guide. We really enjoyed it!

TurkeyThis is only relevant for the budget single room, other room types do not have this problem: Be aware that the bathroom is private but not inside of the room. You will be provided with a key, and only you will have access to the bathroom. Yet, you have to walk through the terrace to reach it. No problem in summer, but might be a bit inconvenient in colder months. The bathroom is well heated and extremely clean, yet there is no hairdryer. There is no dustbin in the room.
Great location Breakfast comes with a hot meal (in addition to cheese, crepes, jams &fruits); dumplings served for breakfast were very delicious. Free water (water dispenser is available to hotel guests) Helpful staff Extremely clean facilities, the room and bathroom smell good. Decoration in the stairway and terrace. I believe that the place is a good value for money, I would stay there, if I visited Bukhara again.

LebanonYou can hear the noise coming from other rooms and any movement outside your room. The sockets are placed behind the bed. To use them you need to push your bed away from the wall.
The place is recently renovated. Everything is new and it still smells the paint on the walls. Breakfast is rich and diverse. The rooms are spacious and beds are comfortable. There is a table, closet and stools. The seating area between the rooms is nice.Finally, the host Abdullah is genuinely the nicest host and despite the language barrier he did his best to help us.

For future guests who are coming by taxi or Yandex, stop at Rahmat guesthouse and turn right into the small alleyway. Abuzar is the 3rd or 4th house on the right
