This beautiful hotel near kosmonavtlar subway station (20min walk) made us feel extra comfy at our first nights in Uzbekistan. Nice facilities, comfortable rooms, friendly and attentative staff, decent spa area. We had a good sleep since this hotel is not like many others on the street and is very quiet at night.

Unfortunately, the window view was on the next building. Also, the hotel is located not very close to the main sights, you need to walk ca. 10 min to the metro station but for this reason it is quite and calm at night.

Very friendly staff, helped with everything what was needed. The room was comfortable, no noise from other rooms or from the street. Breakfast had various options: meet, rice, potatoes, egga, vegetables, fruita, pastry, porridge, tea/coffee and juices, many options for vegetarians as well. The hotel is pretty new, so no complaints on this side:)

Unfortunately, room was not ready at arrival. Also ben linen was not clean. And please, protect chair legs with pads

The breakfast is awful; the cafeteria is dirty and its staff is rude. The cleaning ladies start their job before 8am and do it loudly. So no chance to sleep well.

The hotel is relatively new and it is ok for 1 night stay. The room conditions are good: comfortable bed, no smell, functioning shower, clean.

My suggestion to the hotel to add some pictures in the booking for room type. Needs some improvement for breakfast . I came down for breakfast at 9:00 and some stuff was already finished

Staff was very helpful and friendly. Room is clean and modern furnished. All the amenities provided. For sure i will be staying again in this hotel ❤️

Staying on the 2nd floor, above the canteen is uncomfortable: you hear each fidging of the chairs during breakfast and this becomes unbearable. Install chair leg floor protectors to save the nerves of your guests!!

The hotel is elegant, well situated has a good atmosphere! There are more good restaurants close to it. All the staff is kind and helpful! I'd like to say special thanks to Muzaffar, he helped us in everything! Without his help we couldn't continue our roundtrip. Many thanks Muzaffar and Al Anvar hotel!

Property was great but we only had one issue with their credit card machine, it gave them an error yet it went through my bank. It took several days to sort as they kept saying their machine wasn’t working. This maybe a general issue in Uzbekistan, had problems using bank cards, ApplePay worked slightly better.

Very clean, always a doorman available and 24/7 reception. Reception staff polite and friendly. We had a room with balcony, which was quite large with seating and table. Bathroom decent size and so was the twin room. Good choices at breakfast.
