Really good place to stay in Bukhara. Old city center walking distance, staff are really nice and helpful and breakfast is delicious ! They help me to organise train station shuttle in the middle of the night 😊 I only have good words for Alixan hotel 😊

I liked everything in this hotel, the owner treated us very nicely with tea and sweets immediately upon arrival. The family was very helpful with everything (check-out was at 4 in the morning they managed to wake us up and helped call a taxi), the location was surprisingly perfect, we got to all the historical places on foot Thank you for making our stay enjoyable.

Owner and wife was very hospitable, friendly and helpful even though he didn't speak English. The room was clean and the bathroom much bigger then expected with great water pressure in the shower. Big, filling breakfast was served and location is close to the center sights on a quiet street.

The hotel is located in the Old City. It is clean and equipped with everything this type of facility should have. Very good breakfast. Hospitable and friendly owners. Highly recommended.

Liked · Such a nice welcome and friendly family. The location is perfect for strolling around the old town with all it's beautiful buildings. Breakfast was hearty and freshly cooked. We were served lunch the day we arrived. Delicious. Small room, but clean and silent at night. All in all a very good stay in Buchara with freiendly and helpful people. Thank you very much.

Very nice hosting family, kind to let us checkout after the limit time, to suggest what to see, to help with everything as well as to invite us for tea with sweets, the room was clean and comfortable. The accommodation is really well located, close to the main tourist sites.

First of all, definitely the most shining point of this family hotel is the family itself who runs it. They are super friendly, warm and very helpful people. The location is another great point. Super close to the main attractions of Bukhara, all within a walking distance. Rooms were clean and very comfortable (working AC is a godsend during summer days). Breakfast were great too, quite varied so I think everyone will find something for themselves. Overall great value, great location, great people.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the hotel staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make my stay enjoyable. I really liked the breakfast, there was a lot of delicious things: porridge, fruit, jam, cheese, sausage, national delicacies, etc. Will reccomend this hotel for all persons that to travel this city. An amazing experience in this family guest house with good moments shared around the table, either drinking tea and trying national dishes. Very kind and nice hosts made this an unforgettable experience. unfortunately couldn’t stay longer. Very close to the historic center monuments.

Nice accommodation in the old part of Bukhara. The owner was waiting for my late arrival at 2am and we still drank a cup of tea:-) Tasty breakfast and most importantly ideal location close to the main sights in Bukhara.

The noise from neighbour room and also from the main lobby where the family is hanging out. Basically until midnight you can here baby crying or people talking in next room. Also I didn't like that the owner was loudly knocking on my room at 8:15 am telling me I should go get breakfast.

It's walking distance to city centre, it's a family house, family is nice even they don't speak much English. Breakfast was excellent, one of the best in Uzbekistan.
