The owner Anvar is helpful, friendly, sociable, talkative, and very funny. he fed us watermelons and was wanting us to eat more food. He also helped me with my PCR test and booking my ticket because I couldn’t receive an OTP code. 10/10!

Sometimes it was slightly noisy

It was a pleasure to stay here. The host was very helpful for any kind questions. The hotel is organized around the hall in the middle where other guests are happy to talk. Rooms are not hot and have AC. Breakfast is nice. In general, I really enjoyed everything.

Tiles in shower were very slippery when wet ... non-slip mat would help!

Very helpful staff. I arrived about 8.30am and was offered breakfast, and although check in was officially 2pm I was able to use my room as soon as it was ready. Pleasant atmosphere.

Nothing to dislike, but if we were to nitpick one small thing for improvements… the shower pressure could be a bit stronger in our family room. :)

It was spacious, intimate, clean, close to the museum of applied arts (best museum in my opinion), and most of all the host Anvar and Aziz were helpful, understanding, and supportive. The breakfast was lovely — eggs, juice, breads, tea and jams, and they made us feel so welcome in Uzbekistan!

Everything was great! Very helpful family & staff. Pick up from airport went well and also helped us with taxis, advice etc. Large, comfortable and clean room. Excellent breakfasts. Good place to meet people.

Accessibility to the metro station. Good value for money. Their breakfast is perfect! really appreicate the warm hospitality of Mr. Anvar and their staffs. This is highly recommended guest house to stay in Tashkent. I will definelty come back on winter.

One of the best places I have stayed at around the world. Anvar is an excellent host, knows how to make each guest welcome and personalise their experience. The other staff are also lovely ! The kitchen is open to guests, a much appreciated facility. Superb location, and easily findable on the map.

Fantastic breakfast, super cooperative staff, peaceful and spotless lodge, leafy and laidback area closeby the metro station Kosmonavtlar. It is simply the best hostel in Uzbekistan! Is there anything one would dislike or dare to complain about this hostel?! I believe no! Thank you very much for everything! See you again!

Spotless clean, excellent breakfast something you would normally not expect at hostels, great location which is nearby Kosmonavtlar metro station, comfy beds and linens, spacious locker, amazing leafy surrounding with lots of embassies. This is a kind of hostel that I can happily rate 10 out of 10 without any doubt. Thank you!

nothing not to love

Fabulous hosts, the cleanest rooms I’ve stayed in for some time, wonderful breakfast with fresh fruits and ground coffee and a peaceful green leafy courtyard. I’ve already booked a return visit! Kind to also store some luggage whilst I travel around the sites of Uzbekistan. Also only a short walk to the fabulous metro stop Kosmonavtlar - via 2 ATMs and supermarkets.

Such a nice place to stay. Anvar is very nice & welcoming, helps you with every question. delicious breakfast, comfortable beds & lots of storage space (huge lockers) , common areas are kept very clean. Located in a nice area close to metro and supermarket. All very convenient. After 6 nights the place started to feel like a family away from home and I was sad to leave! I hope to come back soon!
